بررسي ابعاد آسيب شناسي شخصيت و توانايي هاي شناختي در افراد با اختلال شخصيت مرزي

Study of dimensions of personality pathology and cognitive abilities in people with borderline personality disorder

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي ابعاد آسيب ­شناسي شخصيت و توانايي­ هاي شناختي در افراد با اختلال شخصيت مرزي، انجام گرفت. تحقيق حاضر از نوع زمينه يابي بود. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش را تمامي افراد با اختلال شخصيت مرزي از مراكز درماني و مراكز اعصاب و روان وابسته به بهزيستي استان البرز تشكيل مي ­داد. روش نمونه­ گيري هدفمند بود. حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول كرجسي-مورگان، 120 نفر در نظر گرفته شد. جهت جمع ­آوري داده­ ها از پرسشنامه­ ي سنجش ابعاد آسيب شناسي شخصيت (1392) و پرسشنامه­ ي سنجش توانايي­ هاي شناختي از نسخه سوم مقياس توانايي­ هاي شناختي وودكاك جانسون (2013) استفاده شد. در نهايت داده­ ها با آزمون تي تك گروهي تجزيه و تحليل گرديد. نتايج تحقيق نشان مي­دهد كه توانايي­ هاي «فهم كلامي» «تركيب صدا»، «وارونه سازي اعداد»، «كلمات ناقص» و «حافظه فعال شنيداري» در افراد با اختلال شخصيت مرزي پايين­ تر از حد متوسط و ميزان مورد انتظار است و توانايي­هاي «يادگيري ديداري- شنيداري»، «روابط فضايي»، «شكل­ گيري مفهوم»، «انطباق ديداري» و «يادگيري ديداري - شنيداري تاخيري» در اين افراد، در حد متوسط (ميزان مورد انتظار) است

The aims of this study to investigate dimensions of personality pathology and cognitive abilities in people with borderline personality disorder. an‎d survey research methodology has been used. The statistical population of this study consists of all individuals with borderline personality disorder from medical centers and psychiatric centers affiliated to the Well-being organization of Alborz province. an‎d the purposive or objective sampling method was applied. According to the Krejcie and Morgan table the sample size was considered 120 people. To collect data, the Dimensional Assessment of Personality Pathology Questionnaire (1392) and the cognitive abilities assessment scale from the third edition of the cognitive abilities scale of Woodcock-Johnson (2013) were used. In the end, the data were analyzed using the onegroup t-test. Findings of the research indicate that the abilities such as verbal comprehension, mixing sounds, inverting digits, incomplete words comprehension, and active auditory memory in people with borderline personality disorder are lower than average and expected level. an‎d abilities such as Audiovisuals Learning, Spatial relations, Concept Formation, Visual adaptation, latent audio visual learning are around average (expected level) in these people.
