Determination of Energy Cost at Load Buses of Power System Network

The Contributions of generators to Lines and loads and the contributions of loads to generators and lines has been obtained by using traceable flow method. These Contributions can be calculated by Energy Cost Software (ECOST 2.0) that is based on SABA software. In this application software, energy and loss cost has been determined by using operation and maintenance cost, investment cost, labor cost and spare cost of transmission and generation. In this paper, this algorithm has been applied to transmission and subtransmission network of Tehran Regional Electric Company. This procedure has been implemented to three points of network loading conditions (Low, medium and peak load) and the results have been shown.
