منظورشناسي و مصداق يابي كنز با تحليل تطبيقي آراي مفسران

آيات «صاحب عنوان» قرآن به آياتي گفته مي‌شود كه نامي خاص برآنها گذاشته شده باشد. در ميان آيات «صاحب عنوان»، «آيه كنز» يا «احبار» از آيات اقتصادي قابل توجه است. در اين آيه، از كنز برداشت‌هاي گوناگوني ارائه شده‌است كه گاه با يكديگر قابل جمع نمي‌باشند. برداشتهاي گوناگون از آيه‌ي مذكور، اين نوشتار را بر آن داشت تا با استفاده از روش توصيفي – تحليلي، نظرات و ديدگاه‌هاي گوناگون را گردآوري كند و آن‌ها را در معرض ارزيابي اصول و قواعد تفسيري قرار دهد تا نقاط ضعف و قوت ديدگاه‌هاي گوناگون پيدا شود و ديدگاه برگزيده خودش را نشان دهد. در اين ميان، ديدگاه نخست مبني بر روايي انباشت ثروت در صورت پرداخت زكات به دلايل گوناگون مردود اعلام مي‌شود. و ديدگاه دوم مبني بر عدم روايي انباشت ثروت، ديدگاهي صحيح ولي نادقيق معرفي مي‌شود كه پاسخگوي همه‌ي مسائل اقتصادي كنوني نمي‌باشد. اما ديدگاه سوم مبني بر عدم روايي خروج ثروت از گردش مالي جامعه، به عنوان كامل‌ترين و دقيق‌ترين ديدگاه معرفي مي‌شود كه بسياري از معاملات اقتصادي روز را پوشش مي‌دهد و پاسخ‌گوي ابهامات و گره‌هاي اقتصادي جامعه‌ي امروزي مي‌باشد.

Among them, the first view based on the validity of the wealth accumulation in the form of paying zakat for various reasons is declined. an‎d the second view, based on the lack of validity of the accumulation of wealth, is correct- but inaccurate, the view that does not answer all the current economic issues. However, the third view is the lack of validity of the get out of wealth from the financial community's turnover presenting as the most complete and precise view that covers several current economic deal and responds to the ambiguities and economical problems of nowadays society.
