Surveying Multi - Tariff Electricity Meters Usage for Commercial and Public Consumers of Tehran South-West Electric Distribution Company

Time-of-Use electricity pricing is one of the effective methods for improving load factor by load shaving. In this paper, the effects of using 3-tariff electricity meter by commercial and public consumers of Tehran South-West Electric Distribution Company on load and electric energy reduction is shown within different scenarios. Also, Cost - benefit analysis results are shown in case of using 3-tariff electricity meter from customer and distribution company point of view.
