بررسي اثر عصاره هگزاني گياه دارويي درمنه كوهي (.Artemisia aucheri Boiss) بر ويژگي‌هاي تخميري، فراسنجه‌هاي توليد گاز و تجزيه‌پذيري در شرايط آزمايشگاهي

Effects of hexane extract of medicinal plant Artemisia aucheri Boiss. on fermentation characteristics, gas production parameters, and degradability under in vitro conditions

درمنه كوهي (.Artemisia aucheri Boiss) گياهي دارويي متعلق به خانواده Asteraceae بوده كه اثرهاي ضد ميكروبي آن به فراواني بررسي شده است. اطلاعات محدودي در مورد اثر عصاره هگزاني اين گياه بر شرايط تخمير ايجاد شده توسط ميكروارگانيسم‌هاي شكمبه‌اي (باكتري‌ها، قارچ‌ها و پروتوزوآ) وجود دارد. ازاين‌رو، اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي عصاره هگزاني استخراج شده از درمنه كوهي با سوكسله (در چهار سطح صفر (شاهد)، 150، 300 و 450 ميلي‌گرم/ليتر) بر ويژگي‌هاي تخميري، فراسنجه‌هاي توليد گاز و قابليت هضم آزمايشگاهي يك جيره تهيه شده براي بره‌هاي پرواري در شرايط آزمايشگاهي انجام شد. با افزايش سطح عصاره به محيط كشت، pH و اسيدهاي چرب فرّار كل (TVFA) نسبت به تيمار شاهد (به‌صورت خطي) به‌ترتيب كاهش و افزايش يافتند. بيشترين مقدار فراسنجه‌هاي توليد گاز (قابليت توليد گاز، توليد تجمعي گاز در زمان‌هاي 48 و 72 ساعت) و كمترين مقدار ثابت ميزان توليد گاز (cgas)، ضريب تفكيك‌پذيري و بازده سنتز توده‌ ميكروبي نيز در سطح 450 ميلي‌گرم/ليتر عصاره مشاهده شد. با توجه به نتايج موجود، به‌نظر مي‌رسد كه عصاره هگزاني درمنه كوهي تا حدودي توانسته است شرايط تخمير را در محيط كشت به‌ويژه با افزايش TVFA به‌عنوان مهمترين منبع توليد انرژي در نشخواركنندگان بهبود بخشد.

Artemisia aucheri Boiss. is a medicinal herb belonging to the Asteraceae family which its antimicrobial effects have been extensively investigated. There is limited information on the effect of hexane extract of this plant on fermentation conditions caused by ruminal microorganisms (bacteria, fungi, and protozoa); therefore, this research aimed to investigate the effect of hexane extract of Artemisia aucheri Boiss. prepared by soxhlet [0 (control), 150, 300 and 450 mgl-1 on fermentation characteristics, gas production parameters and degradability of a diet supplied for fattening lambs under in vitro conditions. By increasing the amount of extract to the culture media, pH and total volatile fatty acids (TVFA) decreased and increased respectively when compared to the control treatment (linearly). The highest amount of gas production parameters (potential gas production, cumulative gas production after 48 and 72 h), and the lowest constant rate of gas production (cgas), partitioning factor (PF) and efficiency of microbial mass synthesis were observed at 450 mgl-1 of the extract. According to the results, it seems that hexane extract of Artemisia aucheri Boiss. has somewhat improved the fermentation conditions in the culture media, especially by the increase of TVFA as the most important source of energy production in ruminants.
