بررسي رابطه پذيرش و عمل و چشم انداز زمان آينده با انعطاف پذيري روانشناختي و سازگاري در مادران كودكان كم توان ذهني

The Relationship between admission and operation and prospects for the future with psychological resilience and adaptation in mothers of children with intellectual disability

هدف توجه به سازگاري و بررسي عوامل موثر بر آن براي ارتقاء سلامت مادر و بهبود روابط والد فرزندي به ويژه در مادران كودكان كم توان ذهني حائز اهميت است. هدف از اين مطالعه بررسي رابطه پذيرش و عمل و چشم انداز زمان آينده با انعطاف پذيري روانشناختي و سازگاري در مادران كودكان كم توان ذهني مي باشد. روش اين مطالعه از نظر نحوه گردآوري اطلاعات توصيفي-همبستگي و به طور مشخص مبتني بر تحليل مسير مي باشد. جامعه مورد مطالعه شامل كليه مادران دانش آموزان كم توان ذهني آموزش پذير 12 تا 16 ساله در مدارس استثنايي شهر مشهد در سال 95-96 مي باشد. نمونه شامل مادران 217 كودك كم توان ذهني آموزش پذير كه با روش نمونه گيري در در دسترس شدند. داده ها با روش تحليل مسير كه شامل مجموعه اي از معادلات رگرسيوني مي باشد و با استفاده از نرم افزار ليزرل تحليل شدند. يافته ها بررسي شاخص هاي برازندگي و با توجه به اينكه مقدار 08/0RMSEA < و 08/0SRMR > مي توان برازش مدل را مطلوب دانست. همچنين در ساير شاخص ها از جمله (NNF NFI، NNFI ،CFI ،RFI، IFI) نتايج بالاتر از 9/0 مي باشد كه حاكي از برازش قابل قبول مدل مي باشند. نتيجه گيري با توجه به نتايج به دست آمده مي توان گفت چشم انداز زمان آينده و پذيرش و عمل هم به طور مستقيم و هم به طور غيرمستقيم باعث افزايش سازگاري مي شود. لذا مي توان گفت مادران كودكان كم توان ذهني با توجه به ميزان پذيرش عمل و انعطاف پذيري روانشناختي در سازگاري متفاوتند و با اعمال مداخلاتي جهت ارتقاء اين متغيرها مي توان به افزايش سازگاري در مادران كودكان كم توان ذهني كمك كرد.

Objective Attention to adaptation and the factors influencing it is important for promoting maternal health and improving parent-child relationships, especially in mothers of children with intellectual disability. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship of acceptance and action and prospects for the future with psychological flexibility and adaptation in mothers of children with intellectual disability. Method This study employed a descriptive-correlational designed and path analysis. The population consisted of all mothers of children with intellectual disability aged 12-16 years and studying in exceptional schools of Mashhad, Iran, in 2016- 2017. A sample of 217 mothers was selected by convenience sampling. The data were analyzed in LISREL using path analysis which includes a set of regression equations. Results By examining the fitness indices and considering the value of RMSEA <0.08 and SRMR <0.08, the fit of the model was desirable. Also, in other indices (e.g. NNF NFI, NNFI, CFI, RFI, and IFI), results were >0.9, indicating the acceptable fit of the model. Conclusion Prospects for the future and acceptance and action both directly and indirectly increase adaptation in mothers of children with intellectual disability. Therefore, these mothers differ in terms of adaptation according to the degree of acceptance and action and psychological flexibility, and adaptation can be promoted in them by interventions designed to enhance these variables.
