فرايندهاي مكتبي سازمان عقيدتي سياسي ناجا در چارچوب دولت‌سازي اسلامي با تأكيد بر ديدگاه مقام معظم رهبري (مدظله العالي)

The School Processes of the I. R. I. Police Political-Ideological Organization in the Framework of Islamic State-Building with Emphasis on the Viewpoint of the Supreme Leader

اين نوشتار، جستاري است عموماً در موضوع دولت‌سازي اسلامي و خصوصاً پيرامون فرآيندهاي مكتبي سازمان عقيدتي سياسي ناجا در چارچوب دولت اسلامي. در اين مقاله از آيات و روايات و ديدگاه برخي صاحبنظران استفاده شده، ولي با توجه به عنوانِ آن، منبع اصلي، ديدگاه‌ها و رهنمودهاي مقام معظم رهبري است. نوع پژوهش، كتابخانه‌اي و روش آن، توصيفي تحليلي مي‌باشد. هدف، جمع بندي مطالب حول فرايندهاي مكتبي‌اي است كه سازمان عقيدتي سياسي ناجا بايستي در جهت دولت‌سازي اسلامي از آنها بهره‌مند گردد؛ و منظور، اجراي سياست‌ها و برنامه‌هايي است كه بتواند منويات رهبري انقلاب در مورد تحقق دولت اسلامي را در سازمان عقيدتي سياسي نهادينه نمايد. ابتدا مراحل پنحگانۀ انقلاب اسلامي توصيف، مباني و اهداف دولت‌سازي تبيين، و شاخص‌هاي دولت اسلامي از نگاه رهبري بررسي گرديده؛ سپس لزوم هماهنگي سازمان و بايد و نبايدهاي آن به عنوان يكي از نهادهاي حكومت اسلامي مورد مداقّه قرار گرفته و نهايتاً به چالش‌هاي احتمالي پيشِ رو پرداخته شده است. نتيجه آنكه: اينك در مرحلۀ دولت‌سازي اسلامي هستيم و تمام نهادهاي دولتي (به معناي عام) بايستي اقداماتي همگرا در اين جهت معمول دارند. سازمان عقيدتي سياسي ناجا نيز مي‌تواند و ضرورت دارد كه با ملاحظاتي مديريتي، علمي و اخلاقي اين وظيفه و مأموريت خطير را به انجام برساند.

Background and objectives: This article is a general research on the subject of Islamic state-building and especially on the school processes of the I. R. I. Police Political-Ideological Organization within the framework of the Islamic State. In this article, the verses, narrations and views of some experts have been used, but according to its title, the main source is the views and guidelines of the Supreme Leader. The aim is to summarize the material around the school processes that the I. R. I. Police Political-Ideological Organization should benefit from in terms of Islamic state-building; and it means the implementation of policies and programs that can institutionalize the menus of the revolutionary leadership regarding the realization of the Islamic State in the ideological-political organization. First, the five stages of the Islamic Revolution are described, the principles and objectives of state-building are explained, and the indicators of the Islamic State are examined from the perspective of leadership; Then, the need for coordination between the organization and its do's and don'ts have been considered as one of the institutions of the Islamic government and finally the possible challenges ahead have been addressed. Methodology: The present research method is descriptive-analytical. Findings and results: We are now in the stage of Islamic state-building, and all government institutions (in the general sense) must take convergent action in this direction. The I. R. I. Police Political-Ideological Organization can and must carry out this serious task and mission with managerial, scientific and ethical considerations.
