چكيده فارسي :
شايستگي ها و مهارت هاي معلمان در كارآمد بودن آنان و تحقق اهداف نظام آموزش و پرورش نقش اساسي دارند. فقدان مدل صلاحيت هاي حرفه اي ضروري معلمان تربيت بدني در ايران محقق را برآن داشت تا به طراحي مدل صلاحيت حرفه اي معلمان تربيت بدني در ايران اقدام نمايد. اين تحقيق به روش تحقيق آميخته انجام پذيرفت. در مرحله كيفي با 21 نفر از خبرگان تربيت بدني در مدارس مصاحبه نيمه ساختار انجام گرفت، داده هاي حاصل به روش نظريه زمينه اي تجزيه و تحليل گرديد، 53 گويه در يازده مؤلفه (آموزش هاي تخصصي، ويژگي هاي شخصي، علاقمندي، توجه به تفاوت ها، دانش و مهارت تخصصي، نقش انگيزه دهنده خلاقيت، الگو بودن، ارتباطي، راهنمايي دهنده و ايمن ساز) و چهار بعد (صلاحيت رفتاري، عاطفي، شناختي و مهارتي) نتيجه حاصل از آن بود. براساس يافته هاي حاصل از بخش اول تحقيق پرسشنامه‌ي صلاحيت حرفه اي معلمان طراحي و مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. جامعه آماري بخش كمي تحقيق معلمان و كارشناسان تربيت بدني شاغل در وزارت آموزش و پرورش بودند و حجم نمونه آماري تحقيق، هشت نمونه براي هر گويه و در مجموع 400 نمونه تعيين گشت و روش هاي آماري، تحليل عاملي اكتشافي و معادلات ساختاري براي تجزيه و تحليل داده ها استفاده شد، نتايج حاصل تحليل عاملي اكتشافي چهار بعد را تأييد نمود و با اضافه كردن بعد آموزشي نتايج را گسترش داد. همچنين شاخص هاي نيكويي برازش به وسيله معادلات ساختاري مورد قرار گرفتند كه نتايج حاصل نشان دادند كه مدل ارائه شده از برازش خوبي برخوردار است.
چكيده لاتين :
The competencies and skills of teachers play an essential role in their efficiency and in achieving the goals of the education system. The lack of a model of the necessary professional qualifications of physical education teachers in Iran has led the researcher to design a model for the professional competencies of physical education teachers in Iran. This research was carried out using a mixed research method. In the qualitative stage, 21 semi-structured interviews were conducted with 21 physical education experts in the schools, the data were analyzed by Grounded theory method, 53 items in eleven components (specialized training, personal characteristics, interest, attention to differences, knowledge and skills, creativity, modeling, communication, guidance and safety), and four dimensions (behavioral competence, Emotional, cognitive, and skillful) was the result of that. Based on the findings from the first part of the study, the professional competence questionnaire of teachers was designed and tested. The statistical population was a quantitative part of the research of teachers and physical education experts working in the Ministry of Education. The sample size of the study, ten samples for each item and a total of 430 samples were determined. Statistical methods, exploratory factor analysis and structural equations were used for analysis Data. The results confirmed the exploratory factor analysis of four dimensions and expanded the results by adding the educational dimension. Also, fitness fitting indicators were fitted by structural equations, which showed that the proposed model has good fitness.
