تحليل گرايشات اخلاقي دانشجويان ورزشكار: نقش دينداري، جنسيت و نوع رشته ورزشي

Evaluating the Ethical Attitudes of Athlete Students: The Role of Religiosity, Gender and Type of Sport

اخلاق گرايي ورزشكاران در ميادين ورزشي يكي از موضوعات مهم در هر جامعه اي است. هدف اين پژوهش، تحليل گرايشات اخلاقي دانشجويان ورزشكار و تعيين نقش دينداري، جنسيت ونوع رشته ورزشي بود. روش پژوهش توصيفي و از نوع همبستگي بود كه به صورت پيمايشي انجام گرفت. جامعه آماري ورزشكاران پسر و دختر چهاردهمين المپياد ورزشي دانشجويان كشور در سال 1397 بود كه درشيراز برگزار شد. حجم جامعه آماري حدود 4100 نفر بود. طبق فرمول تعيين حجم نمونه در تحقيقات تحليلي، حجم نمونه 194 نفر تخمين زده شد و پس از جمع آوري اطلاعات تعداد 196 پرسشنامه كامل برگردانده شد وهمين تعدادبه عنوان نمونه تحقيق انتخاب شدند. روش نمونه گيري به صورت در دسترس بود. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه استانداردلارنس (2013) بود روايي صوري و محتوايي آن به تاييد ده نفر از اساتيد مديريت ورزشي رسيد. ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ پرسشنامه گرايش اخلاقي 0/73 و پرسشنامه دينداري 0/74 بود. از آمار توصيفي براي توصيف ويژگيهاي جمعيت شناختي و در قسمت آمار استنباطي از آزمون كلموگروف اسميرنوف، آزمون تي مستقل ومدليابي معادلات ساختاري استفاده شد. نتايج نشان داد گرايش اخلاقي ورزشكاران بر اساس جنسيت و نوع رشته ورزشي تفاوت ندارد، اما در مولفه صداقت تفاوت بر اساس جنسيت ونوع رشته ورزشي وجود داشت. همچنين در مولفه عدالت تفاوت بر اساس نوع رشته ورزشي وجود داشت. نتايج مدل تحقيق نشان داد دين داري بر تمام مولفه هاي گرايش اخلاقي دانشجويان ورزشكار تاثير دارد. بر اساس نتايج مدل تحقيق مي توان نتيجه گيري كرد كه دينداري يك عامل اثرگذار و تربيتي تكميلي براي ايجاد گرايشات اخلاقي درورزشكاران است.

Athletes' moralism in sports fields is one of the important issues in every society. The aim of this research was analyzing the ethical attitudes of athlete students: The role of religiosity, gender and type of sport. The research method was descriptive and correlation kind that was conducted as survey. The statistical population of research was Male and Female Athletes of the 14th National Student Sport Olympiad that held in Shiraz in 2018. Statistical population size was 4100 members. According to the sample size determination formula in analytical research, the sample size was estimated at 194 people and after collecting data, 196 full questionnaires were returned and the same number was selected as the statistical sample of the study. Sampling method was available. The research tool was the Lawrence Questionnaire (2013) which after translation and localization, formal and content validity of its was approved by ten sports management professors. Cronbach's alpha coefficient of ethical attitude questionnaire was 0.73 and Religiosity questionnaire was 0.74 which indicates the reliability of the questionnaire. Descriptive statistics was used for describing demographic features and in section of inferential statistics; Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, independent sample t-test and structural equation modeling were used. The results showed that athletes' ethical attitudes were not significantly different based on gender and type of sport, but in the component of honesty, there was a significant difference based on gender and type of sport. In the justice component there was also a significant difference based on type of sport. Also, the results showed that religiosity has a significant effect on all components of ethical attitude of athlete students. Based on the results of the research model, it can be concluded that religiosity is an effective and educative factor for creating ethical attitudes in athletes.
