چكيده فارسي :
زيست پذيري شهري گفتماني نيرومند را در توسعه ي شهري و طراحي شهري بازتاب مي دهد كه در پيشينه ي برنامه ريزي شهري رواج پيدا كرده است. در اين راستا، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحليل شاخص هاي منتخب زيست پذيري كالبدي در مناطق كلان‌شهر اهواز صورت گرفته است. اين پژوهش از نوع كاربردي و از حيث روش، توصيفي- تحليلي و داده ها و اطلاعات به دو روش كتابخانه اي و پيمايشي جمع آوري شده است. در تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از مدل‌هايTopsis ،Vikor، Sar و روش تركيبي (ادغام)، بهره گرفته شد. نتايج نشان مي دهد، منطقه 2 در رتبه اول ، منطقة 1 در رتبة 2 ، منطقة 6 در رتبة 3 ، منطقة 3 در رتبة 4، منطقه 8 در رتبه 5، منطقه 7 در رتبه 6 و منطقة 4 در رتبة آخر (نامطلوبترين ) قرارگرفته است. در كل، مناطق هفتگانة اين شهر از حيث سطح زيست پذيري كالبدي در شاخص‌هاي كيفيت مسكن، زيرساخت، تحرك شهري و شكل شهري متفاوت است، به طوري كه به لحاظ سطح مطلوبيت زيست پذيري كالبدي تنها مناطق 2 و 1 در سطح مطلوبيت كامل و مناطق 8،3،6 و 4 نامطلوبترين مناطق زيست پذيري كالبدي مشخص شد. ارائه راهكارهاي چون بازآفريني بافت فرسوده شهري، توسعه حمل و نقل ارزان و توسعه زيرساخت و دسترسي، بهبود ساخت و ساز گام مؤثري در مسير زيست پذيري كالبدي است.

Urban livability in urban development and urban design reflects the strong discourse-that is prevalent in urban
planning. This study aimed to analyze the livability of the physical parameters of Ahvaz have taken place in
metropolitan areas. This type of research is applied and
the method is analytic. Data and information were
collected in two ways library and survey. The data
analysis models Topsis, Vikor, Sar and combination
(merger) was used.The results show that reg 2 is ranked
first, reg1 in rank 2, reg 6 in rank 3, region 3 in rank 4,
reg 8 in rank 5, reg 7 in rank 6 and finally reg 4 in the
last rank (unfavorable). In general, the seventh regions
of this city differ in terms of the level of physical habitat
in the indicators of the quality of housing, infrastructure,
urban mobility and urban form. In terms of the level of
utility of physical viability, only areas 2 and 1 were at the level of complete desirability and areas 8,3,4,6 and 4
were the most undesirable areas of physical livability.
