مسئوليت پذيري در بزرگ سالي در حال ظهور: نقش الگوهاي ارتباطي خانواده و ابعاد هويت

Responsibility in emerging adulthood: The role of family communication patterns and identity dimentions

مسئوليت پذيري يكي از سازه هاي مهم و قابل توجه در سال هاي اخير بوده است و شناسايي عوامل تاثيرگذار بر آن از اهميت بسزايي برخوردار است. اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي نقش ابعاد هويت به عنوان ميانجي رابطه بين الگوهاي ارتباطي خانواده و مسئوليت پذيري در دوره بزرگ سالي در حال ظهور انجام شد. روش پژوهش هم بستگي از نوع تحليل مدل يابي معادلات ساختاري است. جامعه اين پژوهش شامل همه دانش جويان كارشناسي دانشگاه شيراز در سال تحصيلي 97-1396 مشغول به تحصيل بود. 537 دانش جو (322 زن و 215 مرد) به روش نمونه گيري تصادفي خوشه اي چندمرحله اي انتخاب شدند و به پرسش نامه هاي مسئوليت پذيري، ابعاد هويت و الگوي ارتباطات خانواده پاسخ دادند. داده ها با استفاده از تحليل مدل يابي معادلات ساختاري و نرم افزار آماري AMOS و شاخص هاي برازندگي تحليل شدند. يافته ها نشان داد كه مدل پيشنهادي از براش خوبي برخوردار است و ضرايب مسير مستقيم الگوي ارتباطي گفت و شنود به مسئوليت پذيري فردي و اجتماعي، الگوي ارتباطي همنوايي به مسئوليت پذيري فردي، الگوي ارتباطي گفت و شنود به تعهد هويتي و الگوي ارتباطي همنوايي به اكتشاف هويتي معني دار هستند. هم چنين تعهد هويتي نقش ميانجي مابين الگوي ارتباطي گفت و شنود و مسئوليت پذيري در مدل را بر عهده دارند. در مجموع مي توان نتيجه گرفت كه الگوي ارتباطي گفت و شنود در هويت يابي و مسئوليت پذيري دوره بزرگ سالي در حال ظهور حائز اهميت است.

Responsibility has been one of the most important and significant structures in the recent years and identifying the factors that influence it is important. This research was conducted with the aim of examine the role of identity dimensions as mediating relationship between family communication patterns and responsibility in emerging adulthood. The research method is a correlation of type structural equation modeling analysis. The population of this study included undergraduate students at the age range of 18-29 years old in Shiraz University in year 2017-2018. 537 students (322 female and 215 male) were selected using multi-stage cluster random sampling method and to responded Responsibility, Dimensions of Identity and Family Communication Pattern Questionnaires. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling analysis and AMOS statistical software and fitness indices. The findings showed that the proposed model has a good fit and the path coefficients are significant communication pattern to personal and social responsibility, conformity communication pattern to personal responsibility, conversation communication pattern to commitment component of identity and conformity communication pattern to exploration component of identity. Also, commitment component of identity has mediating role in the relationship between family communication pattern and responsibility. In sum, can be concluded that is important role of conversation communication pattern in emerging adulthood’s identity formation and responsibility.
