بررسي رابطه درآمد با سلامت زنان (نمونه مورد مطالعه كاركنان زن دانشگاه زنجان)

در دهه هاي اخير، با ورود گسترده زنان به دانشگاه، عرصه هاي اجتماعي و تقاضاي مضاعف آنان براي ورود به بازار كار مواجه هستيم. از آنجا كه شغل به منزله مقولهاي محوري در دنياي جديد و يكي از تعيين كننده هاي اجتماعي مؤثر بر كليت سلامت مطرح است و سلامت زنان در ابعاد مختلف، سلامت خانواده و نهايتاً سلامت جامعه را بـه دنبـال دارد، اين مهم ما را بر آن داشت تا بررسي تأثير درآمد بر سلامت عمومي زنان را بـه منزلـه هـدف اصـلي تحقيـق برگزينيم. جامعه آماري تحقيق، زنان (شاغل)دانشگاه زنجان هستند. بدين منظور 100 نفر از كاركنان زن دانشگاه زنجان، پرسشنامه‌هاي سلامت عمومي وير و شربورن[1] (Weir and Sherborne). را با فرم اطلاعات جمعيت شناختي‌، انجام داده‌اند. داده‌هاي پژوهش با استفاده از آزمون همبستگي و رگرسيون چندگانه تحليل شدند و همچنين تجزيه و تحليل داده‌هاي بدست آمده به كمك نرم افزار spss انجام شده و روش تحقيق در اين مقاله، روشي توصيفي-تحليلي است، جهت گردآوري اطالعات از دو روش (كتابخانه اي وميداني)استفاده شده و در محدوده زماني سال 97-1396صورت پذيرفته است. نتايج نشان مي‌دهد كه متغيردرآمد با متغيرسلامت عمومي زنان ارتباط معني‌دار دارد. با استفاده از رگرسيون چندگانه نتايج نشان مي‌دهد كه سلامت رواني سهم يگانه و معناداري در تبيين افزايش درآمد كاركنان زن دانشگاه زنجان دارد. همچنين سلامت جسماني نمي‌تواند درآمد كاركنان را تبيين نمايد.

In recent decades, we have witnessed widespread entry of women into the university, into the social arena and their increased demand for entry into the labor market. Since occupation is considered as one of the central categories in the new world and one of the social determinants affecting overall health and women's health in different aspects has the health of the family and ultimately the health of the community, this has led us to To investigate the impact of income on women's general health as the main objective of the study. The statistical population of the study is women (employed) of Zanjan University. For this purpose, 100 female staff of Zanjan University, Weir and Sherborne General Health Questionnaires. In the form of demographic information. The data were analyzed using correlation and multiple regression tests and also the data were analyzed by SPSS software. The information has been used in two ways (library and field) and has been accepted over the period 1976-97. The results show that the income variable has a significant relationship with the general health of women. Using multiple regression, the results show that mental health has a unique and significant role in explaining the increase in earnings of female employees of Zanjan University. Also, physical health cannot explain employee earnings.
