تاثير آموزش همدلي بر پايه بازي بر مهارت هاي ارتباطي و رفتارهاي كليشه‌اي دانش آموزان طيف اوتيسم

The Effect of Game-Based Empathy Training on the Communication Skills and Stereotypical Behaviors of Students in the Autism Spectrum

پژوهش حاضر به منظور اثربخشي آموزش همدلي بر پايه بازي بر مهارت‌هاي ارتباطي و رفتارهاي كليشه‌اي دانش‌آموزان طيف اوتيسم صورت گرفته است اين پژوهش از نوع شبه‌آزمايشي و به صورت طرح پيش آزمون - پس آزمون با گروه كنترل انجام شد. جامعۀ آماري اين پژوهش شامل كليه دانش‌آموزان طيف اوتيسم مركز بشارت شهر رشت در سال تحصيلي 96-1395 بودند كه از ميان آنان نمونه‌اي به حجم 8 نفر انتخاب و دردو گروه آزمايش و كنترل قرار داده شدند. از هر دو گروه پيش آزمون به عمل آمد و گروه آزمايش آموزش همدلي در 18 جلسه 45 دقيقه‌اي دريافت كردند، در حالي كه براي گروه كنترل اين آموزش ارائه نشد و در پايان براي هر دو گروه پس آزمون اجرا شد. جهت جمع‌آوري داده ها از مقياس ارزيابي رفتارهاي اتيستيك للورد و بارتلمي و مقياس ارتباط اجتماعي اوليه نسخه ماندي و همكاران استفاده شد. نتايج آزمون يومن ويتني نشان داد كه آموزش همدلي در افزايش مهارت‌هاي ارتباطي و كاهش رفتارهاي كليشه‌اي دانش‌آموزان اتيستيك تاثير دارد. براساس نتايج پژوهش حاضر، مي‌توان ازآموزش همدلي بر پايه‌ي بازي براي افزايش مهارت‌هاي ارتباطي دانش آموزان به عنوان يك روش مكمل براي بهبود رفتارهاي اتيستيك استفاده كرد.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the game-based empathy training on communication skills and stereotypical behaviors of autistic students. This quasi-experimental study was carried out as a pretest-posttest with control group. The statistical population of this study included all students of the Besharat autism spectrum center of Rasht city in the academic year of 2015-2016. Among them, a sample of 8 people was selected and placed in two experimental and control groups. Both groups were pre-test and the examination group received empathy training in 18 sessions of 45 minutes, while the control group did not receive this training, and at the end, a post-test was performed for both groups. To collect the data, Lelord – Barthelemy's Autistic Behavior Evaluation Scale and the Early Social Communication scale of the Mundy et al. were used. The results of Mann Whitney test showed that empathy education is effective in increasing communication skills and reducing the stereotypical behavior of autistic students. Based on the results of this study, it is possible to use game-based empathy training to enhance student communication skills as a complementary method for improving autistic behaviors.
