پيش‌بيني اضطراب اجتماعي بر اساس طرح‌واره‌هاي ناسازگار اوليه و تاب‌آوري دختران دانش‌آموز

Prediction of Social Anxiety Based on Early Maladaptive Schemas and Resilience of Girl Students

پژوهش حاضر با هدف پيش‌بيني اضطراب اجتماعي بر اساس طرح‌واره‌هاي ناسازگار اوليه و تاب‌آوري دختران دانش آموز انجام گرفت. در يك پژوهش همبستگي تعداد 398 نفر از دانش‌آموزان دختر مقطع متوسطه و هنرستان شهر تهران در سال تحصيلي 98-1397 با روش طبقه‌اي نسبتي، به عنوان نمونه انتخاب و پرسشنامه‌هاي هراس اجتماعي كانر و همكاران، فرم كوتاه طرح‌واره‌هاي ناسازگار اوليه يانگ و براون و پرسشنامه تاب‌آوري كانر و ديويدسون را تكميل نمودند. داده‌هاي به‌دست‌آمده با نرم‌افزار آماري SPSS-18 و آزمون آماري همبستگي و رگرسيون تحليل شدند. نتايج نشان داد كه بين تمام‌ مؤلفه‌هاي طرح‌واره‌هاي ناسازگار اوليه با اضطراب اجتماعي رابطه مثبت و معني‌داري وجود داشت. همچنين بين تمام مؤلفه‌هاي تاب‌آوري و اضطراب اجتماعي رابطه منفي معني‌دار وجود داشت. علاوه بر اين نتايج نشان داد كه مؤلفه‌هاي طرد و بريدگي، تصور شايستگي فردي، گوش‌به‌زنگي و بازداري، جهت‌مندي و تأثيرات معنوي قادر به پيش‌بيني اضطراب اجتماعي دانش‌آموزان دختر بودند. با توجه به نتايج پژوهش حاضر طرح‌واره‌هاي ناسازگار اوليه و تاب‌آوري تأثير مهمي بر اضطراب اجتماعي دانش‌آموزان دارند و بايد در برنامه‌هاي پيشگيري و درمان اضطراب اجتماعي موردتوجه قرار گيرند.

The purpose of the present study was to prediction of social anxiety based on early maladaptive schemas and resilience of girl students. In a correlational study, 398 high school girl students from Tehran during the academic year of 2018-19 were selected using the stratified method as a sample and completed social phobia questionnaire, short form of early maladaptive schemas, and a questionnaire Resilience. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and regression analysis in step-by-step method. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between all the components of early maladaptive schemas and social anxiety. Also, there was a significant negative relationship between all the components of resilience and social anxiety. In addition, the results showed that the components of disconnecton and rejecton, Personal competence, over vigilance and inhibiton, directedness and Spiritual influences were able to predict the social anxiety of female students. According to the results of this study, early maladaptive schemas and resiliency have an important role in social anxiety of students and should be considered in social anxiety prevention and treatment programs.
