چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف از ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺗﺪوﯾﻦ ﻣﺪل ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري ﻧﻮآوري ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﺷﺎدي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ در ﺑﯿﻦ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن وزارت ورزش و ﺟﻮاﻧﺎن ﺑﻮد. اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻮع ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ- ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺑﻮده ﮐﻪ دادهﻫﺎي آن ﺑﻪ ﺷﯿﻮه ﻣﯿﺪاﻧﯽ و ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺟﻤﻊآوري ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﮐﻠﯿﮥ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن وزارت ورزش و ﺟﻮاﻧﺎن ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ )890 =N(؛ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺟﺪول ﮐﺮﺟﺴﯽ و ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن 396 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﺎ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. اﺑﺰار اﻧﺪازهﮔﯿﺮي ﺟﻤﻊآوري دادهﻫﺎ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ دو ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻧﻮآوري ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺟﯿﻤﻨﺰ و ﻫﻤﮑﺎران (2008) و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺷﺎدي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻫﯿﻞ و آرﮔﯿﻞ (2002) ﺑﻮد. رواﯾﯽ ﺻﻮري ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ 15 ﻧﻔﺮ از اﺳﺎﺗﯿﺪ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ورزﺷﯽ ﺗﺎﯾﯿﺪ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ آنﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺿﺮﯾﺐ آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ در ﯾﮏ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اوﻟﯿﻪ 30 ﻧﻔﺮه ﺑﺮاي ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻧﻮآوري ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و ﺷﺎدي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﻪ-ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ 0/928= α و 0/94 =α ﮔﺰارش ﺷﺪ. دادهﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﻣﺪل ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار SPSS23 و LISREL8.5 ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻣﺪل ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري ﻧﻮآوري ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﺷﺎدي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ ﺳﺆاﻻت ﺑﻪﺟﺰ ﺳﺆاﻻت 6 و 13 داراي اﺛﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري در ﻣﺪل اراﺋﻪ ﺷﺪه ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ (0/01
چكيده لاتين :
The aim of current investigation The developing structural modeling of organizational Innovation based on organizational Happiness among youth and sport ministry staff. This research is kind of descriptive- correlation research. and is done by Traversal- Field method by Using questionnaires were collected. The population of all employees of the Ministry of Sport and Youth (N =890), that That according to Krejcie & Morgan table 396 were selected by random method. Measurements tool in such study to gathering data were Organizational Innovation Jimenez and et al questionnaire (2008) and organizational Happiness Hill and Argyle questionnaire (2002). Content validity of both questionnaires confirmed by 15 Sport Managment professors and reliability through Cronbach's alpha test In an early example of 30 number for Organizational Innovation and organizational Happiness respectively equal to α= 0/928 and α= 0/94 were reported. All data were analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling via Software SPSS23 and LISREL8.5. Results of the present study indicated that structural model of Organizational Innovation based on organizational Happiness confirmed that all of the questions Except for questions 6 and 13 have a significant effect on the developing structural model (P< 0/01). Fitting indicators structural model is a good fitness and organizational Innovation Could have a significant effect on organizational Happiness among youth and sport ministry staff (P< 0/01, T= 11/19, β= 0/64).
