چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ راﺑﻄﻪ ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ و اﺷﺘﯿﺎق ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي اﻋﻀﺎي ﻫﯿﺎت ﻋﻠﻤﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﭘﯿﺎم ﻧﻮر ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف، ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و ﺑﻪ ﻟﺤﺎظ ﮔﺮدآوري داده ﻫﺎ از ﻧﻮع ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ- ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري را ﮐﻠﯿﻪ اﻋﻀﺎي ﻫﯿﺎت ﻋﻠﻤﯽ رﺷﺘﻪ ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖ ﺑﺪﻧﯽ ﻣﺴﺘﺨﺪم و ﻣﺪﻋﻮ 8 ﻣﺮﮐﺰ و 18 واﺣﺪ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﭘﯿﺎم ﻧﻮر اﺳﺘﺎن آذرﺑﺎﯾﺠﺎن ﻏﺮﺑﯽ ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ ﻣﯽ داد. ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ 200 ﻧﻔﺮ و ﺑﻪ ﺷﯿﻮه ﮐﻞ ﺷﻤﺎري اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﺟﻤﻊ آوري داده ﻫﺎ از دو ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﻧﺎﻫﺎﭘﯿﺖ و ﮔﻮﺷﺎل(1998) و اﺷﺘﯿﺎق ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي ﺳﺎﻟﻮاﻧﺎوا و ﺷﻮﻓﻠﯽ(2001) اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. داده ﻫﺎي ﺟﻤﻊ آوري ﺷﺪه در دو ﺳﻄﺢ آﻣﺎر ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ و در ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ ﻣﺪل ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ ﻟﯿﺰرل اراﺋﻪ ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي ﻣﻼك، (ﻣﺠﺬور ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﻣﺮﺑﻌﺎت ﺧﻄﺎي ﺗﻘﺮﯾﺐ=0/069) از ﺑﺮازش ﻣﻄﻠﻮﺑﯽ ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار ﺑﻮد. اﻫﻢ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﺧﻄﺎي 1 درﺻﺪ اﺛﺮ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﯿﻢ ﺑﺮ اﺷﺘﯿﺎق ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي دارد و ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻣﺴﯿﺮ 0/61 اﺳﺖ، ﺑﻄﻮري ﮐﻪ ﻫﺮ اﻧﺪازه اﻋﻀﺎي ﻫﯿﺎت ﻋﻠﻤﯽ از ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ ﻣﺬﮐﻮر ﺑﻪ ﻣﻘﺪار ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﺑﻬﺮه ﻣﻨﺪ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ، اﺷﺘﯿﺎق ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي آﻧﻬﺎ در ﺳﻄﺢ اﻧﺮژي ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي، ﻓﺪاﮐﺎري ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي و ﺷﯿﻔﺘﮕﯽ ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﺧﻮاﻫﺪ ﺑﻮد.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between social capital and job enthusiasm of faculty members of Payame Noor University. This research is applied and descriptive-correlational in terms of data collection. The statistical population consisted of all the faculty members of physical education in 8 centers and 18 units of Payame Noor University of West Azerbaijan Province, and sample was selected 200 among them by census method. Data were collected by using two standard questionnare: social capital of Nahapit and Ghasal (1998) and Salwanova & Shufley (2001). The collected data were analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistics. The structural model of variables was tested by lisrel and indicators of criterion(RMSEA=0.069) were favorable. The main results of the research showed that social capital at a 1% error rate has a direct impact on professional enthusiasm and the coefficient of the path is 0.61, so that as much as faculty members benefit from the capital, their occupation enthusiasm will be even greater at the level of professional energy, professional sacrifice and the professional fascination.
