چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف از اﻧﺠﺎم ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﻮﻓﻘﯿﺖ اﯾﺮان در ﺑﺎزيﻫﺎي اﻟﻤﭙﯿﮏ اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﺻﺎﺣﺐ ﻧﻈﺮان ﺑﺎزيﻫﺎي اﻟﻤﭙﯿﮏ، روﺳﺎ و ﻧﺎﺋﺐ رﺋﯿﺲ ﻓﺪراﺳﯿﻮنﻫﺎي ﻣﻨﺘﺨﺐ، ﻣﺪﯾﺮان و ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎن ﻣﻨﺘﺨﺐ وزارت ورزش ﺟﻮاﻧﺎن، ﻣﺪﯾﺮان و ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎن ﮐﻤﯿﺘﻪ ﻣﻠﯽ اﻟﻤﭙﯿﮏ و ورزﺷﮑﺎراﻧﯽ ﮐﻪ اﻣﺘﯿﺎز ﺷﺮﮐﺖ در ﺑﺎزيﻫﺎي اﻟﻤﭙﯿﮏ را داﺷﺘﻪاﻧﺪ، ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ ﻣﯽداد (875=N)ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺟﺪول ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن ، 374 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﺎ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﻃﺒﻘﻪ اي اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. اﺑﺰار ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﻮﻓﻘﯿﺖ اﯾﺮان در ﺑﺎزيﻫﺎي اﻟﻤﭙﯿﮏ ﺑﻮد و آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ آن 0/89 ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ و از آزﻣﻮن ﻫﺎي آﻣﺎري ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ ﺗﺎﯾﯿﺪي واﮐﺘﺸﺎﻓﯽ و ﻓﺮﯾﺪﻣﻦ و از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰارﻫﺎي Spss وLisrel اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻧﺸﺎن داد 10 ﻋﺎﻣﻞ اﻧﮕﯿﺰهﻫﺎي ﻣﺎﻟﯽ ﺑﺮاي ورزﺷﮑﺎران، ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ورزش ﺑﺎﻧﻮان، اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﺮﺑﯿﺎن ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪ، ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﺻﺤﯿﺢ، اردوﻫﺎي ﻣﻨﻈﻢ، ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ رﺷﺘﻪﻫﺎي ﭘﺮﻣﺪال، ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ اﺳﺘﻌﺪادﯾﺎﺑﯽ، ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ آﻣﻮزش ورزﺷﮑﺎران، ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ آﻣﻮزش ﻣﺮﺑﯿﺎن و ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺘﯽ” ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﻮﻓﻘﯿﺖ اﯾﺮان در ﺑﺎزيﻫﺎي اﻟﻤﭙﯿﮏ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﺷﺪ و در اﻟﻮﯾﺖ ﺑﻨﺪي ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ »ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ رﺷﺘﻪﻫﺎي ﭘﺮﻣﺪال« ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮﯾﻦ رﺗﺒﻪ و »ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﺻﺤﯿﺢ« ﭘﺎﯾﯿﻦﺗﺮﯾﻦ رﺗﺒﻪ را ﺑﻪ ﺧﻮد اﺧﺘﺼﺎص دادهاﻧﺪ. ﻟﺬا ﺑﺎ اراﺋﻪ ﺟﻮاﯾﺰ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ، ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ ﮔﺬاري در ﺑﺨﺶ ورزش ﺑﺎﻧﻮان ، اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ازﻣﺮﺑﯿﺎن درﺟﻪ ﯾﮏ و ﻣﻮﻓﻖ و ﺑﺎﺗﺠﺮﺑﻪ، اردوﻫﺎي ﻣﻨﻈﻢ ورزﺷﯽ و روش اﺻﻮﻟﯽ و ﻋﻠﻤﯽ ﻓﺮاﯾﻨﺪ اﺳﺘﻌﺪادﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﮔﺎﻣﯽ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ در ﻣﻮﻓﻘﯿﺖ اﯾﺮان در ﺑﺎزيﻫﺎي اﻟﻤﭙﯿﮏ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮان ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
Objective: study was aimed at Identify the success factors of Iran in the Olympic Games
Methodology: The statistical population of this study is all the experts of the Olympic Games, Rousseau and Nawab, the head of the selected federations, managers and experts selected by the Ministry of Youth Sports, management and sports planning professors, managers and experts of the National Olympic Committee and athletes who score points in the competition. The Olympic Games were formed (N = 1000). By calculating the sample size required by the Morgan table, 243 people were selected through purposeful sampling.
Results: (The results of the research indicate that 10 factors affecting Iran's success in the Olympic Games include financial incentives for athletes, attention to women's sports, the use of capable mentors, correct assessment, regular training, attention to permudal disciplines, talent management, attention to training athletes , Attention is paid to the training of coaches and management factors
Using the Friedman rank test, there is a significant difference between the factors influencing Iran's success in the Olympic Games from the point of view of the research samples (Sig = 001, 2/561/5) so that "Attention to permalent disciplines" has the highest rank and "correct evaluation" have the lowest rank, while hierarchical analysis has the highest weight for "management factors" and the lowest weight for "correct evaluation."
Conclusion: According to the results of this study, paying attention to permalent disciplines and using powerful coaches can be an effective step in Iran's success in the Olympic Games.
