چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف از ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻧﻘﺶ ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﺎت ﻏﯿﺮﮐﻼﻣﯽ ﻣﺪرﺳﯿﻦ ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖﺑﺪﻧﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺑﺮ ﭘﺎﺳﺦﻫﺎي ﻫﯿﺠﺎﻧﯽ و رﺿﺎﯾﺖﻣﻨﺪي داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن ﺑﻮد. اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ از ﻟﺤﺎظ ﻫﺪف ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و از ﻧﻈﺮ روش، ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ- ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ دادهﻫﺎي آن ﺑﻪﺻﻮرت ﻣﯿﺪاﻧﯽ ﺟﻤﻊآوري ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن ﺷﺮﮐﺖﮐﻨﻨﺪه در ﮐﻼسﻫﺎي واﺣﺪ ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖﺑﺪﻧﯽ ﻋﻤﻮﻣﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺑﯿﻦاﻟﻤﻠﻠﯽ اﻣﺎم رﺿﺎ )ع( ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﺟﺪول ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن 105 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﮔﺮدﯾﺪﻧﺪ. ﺑﻪﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﮔﺮدآوري دادهﻫﺎ از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺳـﺘﺎﻧﺪارد )ﺟﺎﻧﮓ و ﯾﻮون، 2011( اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. رواﯾـﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸـﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺗﻮﺳـﻂ ﭼﻨﺪ ﺗﻦ از اﺳـﺎﺗﯿﺪ و ﻣﺘﺨﺼﺼﺎن ﺑـﻪ ﺗﺄﯾﯿـﺪ رﺳـﯿﺪ و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﺑﺮاي ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﺎت ﻏﯿﺮﮐﻼﻣﯽ، ﭘﺎﺳﺦﻫﺎي ﻫﯿﺠﺎﻧﯽ و رﺿﺎﯾﺖﻣﻨﺪي 0/930 و 0/924 و 0/946 ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. درﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ دادهﻫﺎي ﺟﻤﻊآوريﺷﺪه در دو ﺑﺨﺶ آﻣﺎر ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و آﻣﺎر اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ و ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار SPSS ﻧﺴﺨﻪ 23 اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﺎت ﻏﯿﺮﮐﻼﻣﯽ و ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎي آن ﺑﺎ رﺿﺎﯾﺖﻣﻨﺪي داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن ارﺗﺒﺎط ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري وﺟﻮد دارد )0/822=r(. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎي ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﺎت ﻏﯿﺮﮐﻼﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺎﯾﯽ ﭘﯿﺶﺑﯿﻨﯽ 46 درﺻﺪ از ﭘﺎﺳﺦﻫﺎي ﻫﯿﺠﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و 16 درﺻﺪ از ﭘﺎﺳﺦﻫﺎي ﻫﯿﺠﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﻨﻔﯽ را دارا ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ و از ﻃﺮف دﯾﮕﺮ ﻧﯿﺰ 67 درﺻﺪ از ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات رﺿﺎﯾﺖﻣﻨﺪي ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﭘﺎﺳﺦﻫﺎي ﻫﯿﺠﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و 32 درﺻﺪ از ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات رﺿﺎﯾﺖﻣﻨﺪي ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﭘﺎﺳﺦﻫﺎي ﻫﯿﺠﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﻨﻔﯽ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. در اﯾﻦ راﺳﺘﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﯾﻦ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎ و ﺗﻼش در ﺟﻬﺖ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد آن ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﮔﺎﻣﯽ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ در راﺳﺘﺎي ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﺑﻬﺘﺮ ﻧﯿﺮوي اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ در ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن و ﻫﺪاﯾﺖ آﻧﺎن در ﻣﺴﯿﺮ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ اراﺋﻪ ﺧﺪﻣﺎت ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ و ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد اﯾﻦ اﻓﺮاد ﺑﺎﺷﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between non-verbal communication among physical education instructors on emotional responses and student's satisfaction. The method of this research, was descriptive- correlation. Statistical population includes all students participating in the general physical education unit of Imam Reza International University. 105 samples were selected randomly according to Morgan sample size table. A standard questionnaire (Jang & Yoon, 2011). Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by several professors and experts and reliability of the questionnaires was obtained by Cronbach's alpha for non verbal communication, emotional responses and satisfaction of 0.930, 0.924 and 0.496 respectively. Finally, the collected data were analyzed in two sections: descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, using SPSS software version 23. Finding showed that there was a significant correlation between non-verbal communication and all its components with students satisfaction variable (r= 0.822). Also, non-verbal communication components had the ability to predict 46% of the positive emotional response variable and 16% of the negative emotional response variable. On the other hand, 67% of satisfaction changes are related to positive emotional responses and 33% of satisfaction changes related to negative emotional responses. So paying attention to these variables and trying to improve it can be an effective step towards better evaluation of human resources in the organization and directing them in the proper direction of providing appropriate educational services and improving the quality of their performance.
