چكيده فارسي :
زﻣﯿﻨﻪ و ﻫﺪف: اﺗﻮﻓﺎژي ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻓﺮاﯾﻨﺪﻫﺎي ﺣﻔﺎﻇﺘﯽ ﺳﻠﻮل در ﺳﺎلﻫﺎي اﺧﯿﺮ ﻣﻄﺮح ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات اﯾﺠﺎد ﺷﺪه در ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ اﺗﻮﻓﺎژي ﺑﻪ دﻧﺒﺎل ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖﻫﺎي ورزﺷﯽ، ﻫﺪف از ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات اﯾﺠﺎد ﺷﺪه در ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ اﺗﻮﻓﺎژي در دورهﻫﺎي زﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﻌﺪ از ﯾﮏ ﺟﻠﺴﻪ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ ورزﺷﯽ اﺳﺘﻘﺎﻣﺘﯽ واﻣﺎﻧﺪهﺳﺎز در ﻋﻀﻠﻪ درﺷﺖ ﻧﺌﯽ ﻗﺪاﻣﯽ ﻣﻮشﻫﺎي ﺑﺎﻟﺐﺳﯽ ﺑﻮد.
ﻣﻮاد و روﺷﻬﺎ: در راﺳﺘﺎي اﺟﺮاي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، 12 ﺳﺮ ﻣﻮش ﺑﺎﻟﺐﺳﯽ ﺑﻪ دو ﮔﺮوه ورزش و ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﺗﻘﺴﯿﻢ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. آزﻣﻮدﻧﯽ ﻫﺎ ﺑﻼﻓﺎﺻﻠﻪ و12 ﺳﺎﻋﺖ ﭘﺲ از اﺗﻤﺎم ﺟﻠﺴﻪ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ ورزﺷﯽ ﺗﺸﺮﯾﺢ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺟﻬﺖ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﻫﺎي اﺗﻮﻓﺎژي از روشReal Time-PCR اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ.
ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ: ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ آزﻣﻮن t ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻞ ﻧﺸﺎنﻫﻨﺪه اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار و ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﺳﻄﻮح ﺑﯿﺎن ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ اﺗﻮﻓﺎژي در زﻣﺎنﻫﺎي ﺑﻼﻓﺎﺻﻠﻪ و 12 ﺳﺎﻋﺖ ﺑﻌﺪ از ﯾﮏ وﻫﻠﻪ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ ورزﺷﯽ اﺳﺘﻘﺎﻣﺘﯽ واﻣﺎﻧﺪهﺳﺎز ﺑﻮد (0.05≤P).
ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي: ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺗﺎﯾﯿﺪ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺳﻄﻮح ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ اﺗﻮﻓﺎژي ﺑﻼﻓﺎﺻﻠﻪ ﺑﻌﺪ از ﯾﮏ وﻫﻠﻪ ورزش اﺳﺘﻘﺎﻣﺘﯽ واﻣﺎﻧﺪه ﺳﺎز ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. ارﺗﺒﺎط ﺑﯿﻦ ﻓﻌﺎلﺳﺎزي اﺗﻮﻓﺎژي و ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات اﯾﺠﺎد ﺷﺪه در ﻋﻮاﻣﻠﯽ ﻣﺎﻧﻨﺪ اﺳﺘﺮس اﮐﺴﯿﺪاﺗﯿﻮ، ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﻫﺎي اﯾﻤﻮﻧﻮﻟﻮژﯾﮑﯽ و وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﻣﺘﺎﺑﻮﻟﯿﮑﯽ ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ در اﯾﺠﺎد اﯾﻦ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Background&Purpose: Autophagy has been introduced as a protective mechanisms in cell in recent years. Regarding to the changes induced in autophagy factors following an acute physical exercise. The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes in autophagy factors in time courses of acute exhaustive endurance exercise in Tibialis Anterior skeletal muscle of BALB/c mice.
Methodology: Regarding the purpose of the study, 12 BALB/c mice were divided into two groups of exercise and control. Subjects were anatomized immediately and 12 hours after the end of the exercise session. The Real Time-PCR method was used to determine the expression of autophagy factors.
Results: Independent t-test showed significant increases in autophagy activation immediately after exercise and significant decreases 12 hours following acute exhaustive endurance exercise (P≤0.05).
Conclusion: Our results proposed that significant increases induced in autophagy factors immediately after acute exhaustive exercise. Possible correlations between autophagy activation and changes in oxidative stress, some immunological factors and metabolic responses could be some of mechanisms of autophagy activation following acute exercise.
