چكيده فارسي :
ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻫﺎي ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﻲ و ﻣﺬاﻛﺮه اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺶ ﻣﺪﻳﺮان ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ، ﺧﺼﻮﺻﺎً ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻫﺎي ورزﺷﻲ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﻬﻤﻲ در ﻛﺎراﻳﻲ ارﺗﺒﺎط و در ﻧﺘﻴﺠﻪ ﺗﺴﻬﻴﻞ دﺳﺘﻴﺎﺑﻲ ﺑﻪ اﻫﺪاف ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻣﻲ ﮔﺮدد. ﻫﺪف ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﻳﻲ راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﻴﻦ ﻛﺎرﺑﺴﺖ ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻫﺎي ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﻲ و ﺳﺒﻚ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺬاﻛﺮه در ﺑﻴﻦ ﻛﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎن ﺗﺮﺑﻴﺖ ﺑﺪﻧﻲ آﻣﻮزﺷﮕﺎﻫﻬﺎي ادارات آﻣﻮزش و ﭘﺮورش اﻳﺮان اﺳﺖ. اﻳﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻮع ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻔﻲ- ﭘﻴﻤﺎﻳﺸﻲ و ﺑﻪ روش ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻠﻲ- ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﻲ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ 217 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﻛﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎن ﺗﺮﺑﻴﺖ ﺑﺪﻧﻲ ﺑﻮد. ﺟﻬﺖ ﺟﻤﻊ آوري داده ﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرد ﻧﻴﺎز از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﻬﺎرﺗﻬﺎي ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﻲ ﺑﺎرﺗﻮن (1993) و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺳﺒﻚ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺬاﻛﺮه ﭘﻴﺮ (1989) اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﺑﻴﻦ ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻫﺎي ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﻲ و ﻣﺬاﻛﺮه راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ داري وﺟﻮد دارد. ﺑﻴﻦ ﺳﺒﻚ ﻫﺎي ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻠﻲ و ﺷﻬﻮدي ﺑﺎ ﻣﻬﺎرت ﺷﻨﻮدي راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ داري دﻳﺪه ﻧﺸﺪ. ﺳﺒﻚ واﻗﻊ ﮔﺮاﻳﻲ اﻟﻮﻳﺖ اول ﻛﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎن ﺗﺤﺖ ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ در ﺑﻴﻦ ﺳﺒﻚ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺬاﻛﺮه ﺑﻮد و ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮﻳﻦ رﺗﺒﻪ ﺑﻴﻦ ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻫﺎي ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﻲ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻬﺎرت ﺑﺎزﺧﻮرد ﺗﻌﻠﻖ داﺷﺖ و ﻣﻬﺎرت ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﻲ ﺗﻮاﻧﺎﻳﻲ ﭘﻴﺶ ﺑﻴﻨﻲ ﺳﺒﻚ ﻣﺬاﻛﺮه را دارد. اﻛﺜﺮ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﺣﻮزه ﺑﺤﺚ رﻓﺘﺎر ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻲ، ﻣﻬﺎرت ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﻲ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻳﻜﻲ از ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرد ﻧﻴﺎز و ﺿﺮوري ﻣﺪﻳﺮان در ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻣﻄﺮح ﺷﺪه و ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه، ﺟﻬﺖ دﺳﺘﻴﺎﺑﻲ ﺑﻪ ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻄﻠﻮب و ﺳﺒﻚ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﻣﺬاﻛﺮه، ﺑﻬﺒﻮد وﺿﻌﻴﺖ ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻫﺎي ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﻲ ﻛﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎن ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮ ﻗﺮار ﮔﻴﺮد.
چكيده لاتين :
Background&Purpose: Effective communication and negotiation skills, especially managers of sports organizations an important role in the efficient relationship and thus facilitate the achievement of the objectives of the organization. The aim of study was to analyze the relationship between the application of communication skills and negotiation styles between school physical education experts in Iran. Methodology: This study applied a Analytical- correlation method was used. The sample was 217 experts. To collect the required data communication skills questionnaire Barton (1993) and questionnaire negotiating style Pier (1989) was used. Results:There is a significant relationship between communication skills and negotiation. Analytical style and intuitive with listening skills significant relationship was found. factual style experts under the first priority was negotiating style and the highest level of communication skills skills belonged feedback. Conclusio: Most of the discussion related to the field of organizational behavior, communication skills as one of the essential skills required of managers in the organization and according to the results, in order to achieve the desired level and style of negotiation, improvement of communication skills experts should be considered further.
