چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف از اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ، ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ اﺛﺮ ﺣﻤﺎﯾﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ادراكﺷﺪه ﺑﺮ ﭘﯿﺎﻣﺪﻫﺎي ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖ ﺑﺪﻧﯽ اﺳﺘﺎن ﮔﻠﺴﺘﺎن ﺑﻮد. ﺑﺪﯾﻦﻣﻨﻈﻮر از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎي ﺣﻤﺎﯾﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ادراكﺷﺪة ﯾﺎواس و ﺑﺎﺑﺎﮐﻮس (2009)، و ﭘﯿﺎﻣﺪﻫﺎي ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﮐﺎراﺗﭙﻪ (2012) اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﮥ آﻣﺎري ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖ ﺑﺪﻧﯽ اﺳﺘﺎن ﮔﻠﺴﺘﺎن (650=N) ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ 250 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﮥ آﻣﺎري ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪوﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ و ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ اﺛﺮ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎي ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ، از ﻣﺪلﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار ﻟﯿﺰرل ﻧﺴﺨﮥ 8/8 اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ اﺛﺮ ﺣﻤﺎﯾﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ دركﺷﺪه ﺑﺮ رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ (47/6=0/46 ،t=β) و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺷﻐﻠﯽ (97/5=0/46 ،t=β) ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖ ﺑﺪﻧﯽ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و -β، 94/4= -0/36( ﻣﻨﻔﯽ و ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار ﺑﻮد ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار اﺳﺖ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ اﺛﺮ ﺣﻤﺎﯾﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ دركﺷﺪه ﺑﺮ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞرﻓﺘﮕﯽ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖ ﺑﺪﻧﯽ =t)؛ ﯾﻌﻨﯽ ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣﯿﺰان ﺣﻤﺎﯾﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ از ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن، ﻣﻘﺪار ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞرﻓﺘﮕﯽ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ آﻧﻬﺎ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﯽﯾﺎﺑﺪ. ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﭘﯿﺸﻨﻬﺎد ﻣﯽﺷﻮد ﮐﻪ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﺳﺘﺎدي ادارات آﻣﻮزش و ﭘﺮورش ﺣﻤﺎﯾﺖﻫﺎي ﻻزم از ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖ ﺑﺪﻧﯽ را ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻘﺶآﻓﺮﯾﻨﺎن ﻣﻬﻢ رﺷﺪ و ﺗﻮﺳﻌﮥ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ داﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
The aim of this study was to identify the effect of perceived organizational support on job outcomes of Golestan province physical education teachers. Yavas and Babakus (2009) perceived organizational support and Karatepe (2012) job outcomes questionnaires were used. The statistical population consisted of 650 physical education teachers in Golestan province and 250 teachers were selected as the statistical sample. Structural equation modeling with LISERL 8.8 were used to analyze data and identify the effects of variables. Result showed that the effect of perceived organizational support on job satisfaction (β=0.46, t=6.47) and job performance (β=0.46, t=5.97) was positive and significant in physical education teachers. Also, the effect of perceived organizational support on job burnout was negative and significant in these teachers (β= -0.36, t= -4.94). That is to say the more the organizational support of teachers, the less their job burnout will be. These findings suggest that managers of education offices should support physical education teachers as actors who have an important role in developing public health.
