فرا تحليل تطبيقي پژوهش هاي انجام گرفته در حوزه هاي ترابري، آماد، طرح و برنامه، مديريت، نگهداري و تعميرات معاونت آماد و پشتيباني ناجا

Comparative meta-analysis of the researches carried out in the fields of transportation, logistics, maintenance of police logistics

معاونت آماد و پشتيباني ناجا، امين اموال و مسيول بهره ور كردن سازمان، اثر بخش نمودن اقدامات نيرو و نيز بسيج امكانات براي انجام محدوديت ها است. در صورتي كه منابع به درستي و در جهت انجام ماموريت ها هدايت شود، قطعا منجر به پيشرفت نيرو مي شود، عمده كاراي نيروي انتظامي، موكول به فعاليت حوزه آماد و پشتيباني است. معاونت آماد و پشتيباني از پنج بازوي عملياتي-راهبردي نگهداري و تعميرات، ترابري، آماد، طرح و برنامه و مديريت تشكيل شد، كه پشتيباني ناجا در سراسر كشور را بر عهده دارند. با توجه به نقش بالاي اين پنج بازو، پژوهش هاي بسياري در اين زمينه ها در معاونت در سراسر كشور انجام شده است كه دغدغه اصلي، يافتن مهمترين عوامل موثر بر عملكرد هاي پنج بازو معاونت بوده است. در اين پژوهش به دنبال فراتحليل پژوهش هاي انجام گرفته در پنج بازوي معاونت هستيم. تحقيق حاضر، توصيفي-تحليلي است. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات نيز مطالعات و اسناد كتابخانه اي مي باشد. جامعه آماري تحقيق حاضر، تمامي مطالعاتي است كه به بررسي نگهداري و تعميرات، ترابري، آماد، طرح و برنامه و مديريت در معاونت آماد و پشتيباني ناجا پرداخته اند. در فراتحليل، نمونه گيري نداريم و فراتحليلگر در يك جست وجوي جامع تلاش دارد به تمامي پژوهش ها دست يابد. جامعه آماري اين پروژه تعداد 370 پژوهش مرتبط با تمام حوزه هاي معاونت آماد و پشتيباني ناجا مي باشد. روش نمونه گيري كل شمار و برابر با جامعه مي باشد. لذا در اين پژوهش نمونه تحقيق همان جامعه آماري آن خواهد بود. در اين پژوهش، رويكرد كيفي از فراتحليل(كيفي) به كار گرفته شده است. براي تجزيه وتحليل نتايج از نرم افزارهاي EXCEL استفاده گرديده است.نتايج تحقيق نشان مي دهد. آنچه امروزه بيش از پيش مورد نياز است، پياده سازي مديريت بهره ور در تمام حوزه هاي معاونت آماد و پشتيباني ناجا و تهيه نرم افزار تخصصي براي اين معاونت است.

Background and research : Police logistics is to protect the properties of an organization, be responsible for putting an organization into operation, implement effective measures and make use of facilities. If managed in the right way, resources will certainly result in progress. Most of the police affairs are dedicated to the field of logistics. It consists of 5 operational elements: (1) maintenance and repair (2) transportation (3) logistics (4) design and plan (5) management, all of which police are responsible for. According to the utmost importance of these 5 factors, many researches have been conducted in these fields throughout Iran in which the main concern is to find the most important factors affecting the above mentioned 5 elements. In this study, we are to do meta-analysis research into these elements. Method The present study is applied in terms of type and survey kind in terms of method of data collection. The method of the present research is descriptive-analytical and data collection instrument is based on studies and library documents. The research population includes all the studies which investigate maintenance and repair, transportation, logistics, design, plan and management in police logistics. In meta-analysis, there is no sampling and the meta-analyst endeavors to achieve all the researches through an extensive search. The research population of this project consists of 370 researches related to the fields of police logistics. The sampling method is whole-counting and is equal to the population; therefore, the research sample will be the same as the research population. In this research, qualitative approach of meta-analysis (qualitative) has been considered and Excel software has been used to analyze the results. Findings (a) The addressee of most of the solutions and results is not clear considering the office and related person. (b) The presented solutions are mainly about general topics and frequencies although some of the solutions like outsourcing are technically reliable and desirable. Results :Whatever is required more than before is implementing efficient management throughout police logistics as well as providing technical software.
