برآورد پراكنش تاب آوري شهري از منظر بحران زلزله با استفاده از الگوي آمار فضايي (مطالعه موردي: شهر ايلام)

Estimated distribution of urban resilience from the perspective of the earthquake crisis using the Spatial Stats Model (Case Study of Ilam)

از ديدگاه مديريت بحران، تاب آوري، يكي از مهم ترين موضوعات براي رسيدن به پايداري است. در واقع به منزله راهي جهت تقويت جوامع با استفاده از ظرفيت هاي آن ها مطرح مي شود. از مسئله انتخابي موضوع در شهر ايلام اينكه شهر ايلام در زون زاگرس واقع شده است. از لحاظ وضعيت لرزه خيزي در موقعيت خطرناك قرار دارد. به طوري كه منطقه زاگرس بيشترين زمين لرزه هاي با بزرگي 4 تا 4/5 ريشتر دارا مي باشد. بر اساس اهميت موضوع، پژوهش حاضر با رويكرد توسعه اي- كاربردي و تركيبي از روش هاي تحقيق توصيفي- تحليلي بدين شرح كه با مطالعات ميداني از نواحي 14گانه شهر ايلام و مراجعه به سازمان هاي مربوطه اطلاعات مورد نياز از دو بعد كالبدي - اجتماعي تهيه و جمع آوري گرديده است. و با صورت كمي و كيفي با الگوي آمار فضايي و نرم افزارهاي GRAFER، EQS، EXCEL و ArcGIS، VPLS و AMOS-SPSS مورد تحليل قرار گرفته است. بر اساس نتايج تحقيق بصورت كيفي قابل بيان است كه ناحيه 2 از منطقه چهار و ناحيه 2 از منطقه سه به ترتيب به عنوان نواحي كه بيشترين تاب آوري و كمترين تاب آوري را در كل شهر ايلام دارا مي باشند. و از ديدگاه كمي بر اساس نتايج الگوي Z-Score كه مقدار آن برابر 586/5 درصد بوده به احتمال كمتر از 1 درصد تاب آوري در شهر ايلام وجود دارد. به عبارت ديگر به احتمال كمتر از 1 درصد در وضع موجود، شهر ايلام مي تواند، در تاب آوري به ايفاي نقش بپردازد.

Based on the importance of the subject, the present study is based on a developmental-applied approach and a combination of descriptive-analytical research methods, Thus, with the field studies of the 14 areas of Ilam and referring to the relevant organizations, the required information has been compiled from two physical-social dimensions. Finally, data analysis with spatial statistics theory and GRAFER, EQS, EXCEL and ArcGIS, VPLS and AMOS-SPSS software were used. The results of the research have shown that, based on the results of the Ilam earthquake classification, vulnerable areas are classified in seven classes. According to the results, zone 2 of area 4 and area 2 of area 3 respectively at a confidence level of 99% and 90% as the cold and hot spatial areas of the city of Ilam, there is a degree of volatility and vulnerability. an‎d based on the results of the Z-Score, which is equal to 586.5%, there is probably less than 1% of the radiation in the city of Ilam.
