Securiy Model for Political Organization of Cyberspace

يكي از مهم‌ترين نيازهاي بشر، نياز به امنيت است كه همواره عوامل متعدد و مفاهيم خاص در تعيين آن نقش دارند. مفهومي كه در عصر حاضر، با رشد فناوري و فضاي مجازي، شاهد تغيير و تحول بنيادين در آن هستيم. به عبارتي گفتمان امنيتي در عصر جديد وارد مرحله تازه‌اي شده و پرداختن به امنيت در فضاي مجازي امري گريزناپذير بوده و تلاش براي پايه‌ريزي بنيان‌هاي پژوهشي در اين حوزه كه جاي خالي آن در آثار فعلي به چشم مي‌خورد، از اهميت زيادي برخوردار است. يكي از راههاي تحقق اين امر، تدوين و بهره گيري از تمهيدات امنيتي است كه بتواند فضاي مجازي را ساماندهي و كنترل كند. سوال اصلي اين است كه چه چشم اندازي براي اين تمهيدات متصور است و در چه جهتي بايد تدوين شوند. در راستاي پاسخگويي بدين سوال، با استفاده از روش توصيفي- تحليلي و بهره‌گيري از مدل ارگون، سازمان‌دهي سياسي فضاي مجازي به عنوان چشم انداز تمهيدات امنيتي در اين ارتباط، معرفي مي گردد

One of the most essential needs of human is security in which various factors are determinent. It is a concept,in which at the present, we witness a fundamental change with the growth of technology and cyberspace. In other words, the security discourse has entered a new era and it is in close relation to the cyberspace. Given the influence and the relation between the cyber and geographic spaces, it is impossible to study the cyberspace without taking environmental condition into consideration and its adjustment with geographic space. To study this adjustment, which is in direct relation to the lives of human, requires the inevitable study of the cyberspace. By the same token, it is essential to underpin the research fundamentals in this sphere the gap of which is seen in the present studies. One of the most essential acts for security in the present era is to control and manage the cyberspace. In the same vein, the current paper deals with the political organization of the cyberspace through descriptive-analytic method and it develops a security model by means of Argon Model.
