The Objective Function of Supply Chain Inventory Management with A Sustainability Approach

امروزه سازمان‌ها و شركت‌ها در محيطي فعاليت مي‌كنند كه ناگزير از به‌كارگيري ابزارها و رويكردهايي از جمله ملاحظات زيست‌محيطي، اجتماعي و اقتصادي هستند كه با نگاهي سيستمي بر عملكرد سازمان تأثير مي‌گذارند. در اين باره، موضوع پايداري و زنجيرة تأمين پايدار بحث مطرح اين روزهاي اغلب حوزه‌هاي صنعتي است. مديريت موجودي نيز به‌عنوان يكي از مهم‌ترين عناصر زنجيرة تأمين از اين اصل مستثنا نيست و به دنبال آن است تا به رويكرد پايداري دست يابد. به همين منظور مقالة پيش رو به دنبال مسائل مربوط به مديريت موجودي پايدار رفته است و با در نظر گرفتن عوامل مؤثر بر پايداري در يك سيستم موجودي، تابع هدفي را براي كمينه‌سازي هزينه‌ها و حالتي كه در آن، تقاضا احتمالي و تابع توزيع آن مشخص است و سياست (r,Q) اجرا مي‌شود، ارائه داده است. نتايج حل مدل حاكي از نقش بسزاي پايداري بر روي هزينه‌هاي كلي سيستم موجودي، مقدار سفارش، انتخاب وسيلة نقليّه و همچنين ذخيره احتياطي است.

Today, organizations and companies operate in environments that require the use of tools and approaches such as environmental, social, and economic considerations that systematically influence the organization's performance. In this regard, the issue of sustainability and the sustainable supply chain is the subject of debate in most industrial areas these days. Inventory management, as one of the most important elements of the supply chain, is no exception and seeks to achieve a sustainable approach. To this end, the present article seeks to address issues of sustainable inventory management and by considering the factors affecting the sustainability of an inventory system, the objective function is to minimize costs and the situation in which the potential demand and its distribution function are identified. The results of the model solution indicate the important role of sustainability on the overall inventory system costs, order quantity, vehicle selection as well as precautionary storage.
