تحليل روند تغييرات كاربري اراضي روستاهاي مقصد گردشگري طي سال‌هاي 1386 تا 1396 (مطالعه موردي: شهرستان بينالود)

Analysis of Land Use Change Trends in Tourism Destination Villages during 2007-2009 (Case Study: Binalood County)

استفاده از تصاوير ماهواره اي و عكس هاي هوايي يكي از نيازهاي اساسي به شمار مي رود. بنابراين نقشه تغييرات كاربري را كه نتيجه فرايند آشكار سازي تغييرات است. در تحقيق حاضر به بررسي روند تغييرات كاربري اراضي زراعي به غير زراعي و سكونتگاه هاي گردشگري در سال هاي 1386 تا 1396 با استفاده از تصاوير ماهواره اي است. منطقه مورد مطالعه شهرستان بينالود در استان خراسان رضوي است كه پس از تقسيمات كشوري 1386 با تقاضاي بالاي زمين و تغيير غيرمجاز كاربري اراضي در سطح گسترده مواجه بوده است. بر اين اساس هدف مطالعه حاضر تحليل روند تغييرات كاربري اراضي روستاهاي مقصد گردشگري طي دو دوره زماني است. روش تحقيق توصيفي- تحليلي است و ميزان تغييرات كاربري ها با استفاده از تصاوير ماهواره اي در 8 نقطه روستايي كه بيش ترين ميزان چالش را در سال هاي 86 تا96 داشته اند، مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. نتايج نشان مي دهد كه در تمام روستاها ميزان تغييرات كاربري اراضي روند افزايشي داشته و به مساحت آن افزوده شده است. به طوريكه ميزان كل برابر است با 1848101 متر برآورد شده است. در بين روستاهاي مورد مطالعه، ويراني باتوجه به اضافه شدن كاربري هاي صنعتي، كارگاهي، گردشگري و... در اين 10 سال بيشترين ميزان تغييرات را به خود اختصاص داده است.

Today, the use of satellite imagery and aerial photos to change is one of the basic needs. In this research, the present study examines the trend of land use changes to non-agricultural lands and tourist settlements in the years 2007 to 2017 using satellite imagery. The area under study is the Binalood city in Khorasan Razavi province, which has been exposed to high land demand and unauthorized land use changes after 2007 national divisions. Accordingly, the aim of this study is to analyze the trend of land use change in villages of the tourist destination of this County in two periods. The method is descriptive-analytic and rate of user variation was evaluated using satellite imagery in 8 rural areas that had the most challenge in the years 2007 to 2017. The results show that in all villages, land use changes have increased and increased in area. The total amount is estimated to be 1848101 square meters, which is far from the mind given the characteristics of the region in terms of tourism and land value.
