تبيين الگوي پايداري ائتلاف استراتژيك با روش تركيبي اكتشافي

Explaining Strategic Alliance Sustainability Pattern with Exploratory Mixed Method Design

ناكارآمدي و فروپاشي زودرس ائتلاف‌هاي استراتژيك، مديران فعال در اين حوزه را بر آن داشته تا برنامه‌هاي لازم در راستاي جلوگيري از بي‌ثباتي ائتلاف‌ها را به‌صورت منسجم پيگيري نمايند و بدان جهت پايداري و دوام ائتلاف‌هاي استراتژيك به مسئله مهمي براي سازمان‌هاي فعال در اين حوزه تبديل شده است. هدف تحقيق حاضر دستيابي به الگوي جامع پايداري ائتلاف استراتژيك مي‌باشد تا بدين‌وسيله نقشه راهي در جهت حفظ و نگهداشت ائتلاف‌هاي استراتژيك در راستاي به‌كارگيري موفق آنها ارائه گرديده و چارچوبي كارا و موثر در اختيار مديران فعال در اين حوزه قرار گيرد. به‌دليل پيچيدگي فرآيند ائتلاف استراتژيك و به جهت ارائه الگوي بومي، روش تركيبي اكتشافي به‌كار گرفته شد و بدين منظور با تركيب داده‌هاي كيفي و كمي، درك عميق پديده مورد مطالعه در بستر آن و تعميم‌پذيري نتايج تحقيق به‌صورت توامان امكان‌پذير گرديد. به منظور شناسايي عوامل تاثيرگذار در هر يك از مراحل فرآيند ائتلاف استراتژيك، با استفاده از روش تحليل محتوا با خبرگان اين حوزه شامل مديران ارشد ائتلاف‌هاي استراتژيك و اساتيد دانشگاهي فعال در اين حوزه مصاحبه شد و در قسمت بعد به‌منظور بسط قدرت تعميم‌پذيري با استفاده از روش كمي، به طراحي پرسشنامه و توزيع آن ميان محدوده گسترده‌تري از مديران فعال در ائتلاف‌هاي شركت‌هاي مختلف ايراني پرداخته شد و در نهايت الگوي جامع پايداري ائتلاف استراتژيك با به‌كارگيري مدل‌يابي معادلات ساختاري استخراج گرديد.

The inefficiency and premature collapse of strategic alliances has prompted executives in this field to pursue coherent programs to prevent alliances instability and because of that, sustainability and durability of strategic alliances has become an important issue for active organizations in this field. The purpose of this study is to achieve a comprehensive strategic alliance sustainability model to present a roadmap for maintaining strategic alliances, implement them successfully and provide an efficient and effective framework for managers of this field. The exploratory hybrid method was used due to the complexity of the strategic alliance process and because of the presentation of the native model, and for this purpose, by combining qualitative and quantitative data, deep understanding of the phenomenon and the generalizability of the results of the research were possible together. In order to identify the influential factors in each stage of the strategic alliance process, using content analysis methodology, experts from this field were interviewed including senior executives of strategic alliances and academics professors active in this field and in the next section, for expanding the generalizability by using the quantitative method, the questionnaire was designed and distributed among a wider range of managers in the various Iranian alliances and finally, the comprehensive strategic stability model of alliances was extracted using structural equation modeling.
