تاثير پياده راه بر افزايش تعاملات اجتماعي در فضاهاي شهري بجنورد (نمونه موردي : خيابان طالقاني، محدوده ميدان شهيد تا مخابرات)

Impact of pavement on increasing social interactions in urban spaces of Bojnourd (Case study: Taleghani Street, Shahid Square to Telecommunication Area)

اين مقاله با هدف تاثير پياده راه بر افزايش تعاملات اجتماعي در فضاهاي شهري بجنورد با تأكيد بر ابعادفرهنگي اجتماعي بر تعاملات اجتماعي نگارش گرديد. روش اين تحقيق توصيفي - تحليلي است كه ابتدا به شناخت ديدگاه هاي نظري ، معيارهاي كلي كيفيت هاي محيطي و سپس ازطريق برداشت هاي ميداني و مصاحبه با ساكنان به جمع آوري داده ها پرداخته شده است . تجزيه وتحليل داده ها نيز با استفاده از روش SWOT انجام شده است .نمونه موردي خيابان طالقاني بجنورد مي باشد. نتايج نشان داد كه تاثيرگذاري ويژگي هاي كالبدي بر روي كيفيت محيط هاي شهري در اولويت اول قرار دارد. سپس ادراك محيطي در اولويت دوم و ويژگي هاي كاركردي در اولويت سوم قرار دارند. كه با توجه به نتايج حاصله ،اهم متغيرهاي مستقل تاثيرگذار در اين سه دسته (كالبدي، كاكردي وادراك محيطي( به ترتيب اولويت عبارتند از: شاخص ها ي امنيت ،دسترسي ، معابر ، كاركردهاي اقتصادي، محيط زيست شهري ، كيفيت محيط اجتماعي، تعاملات اجتماعي، فعاليت ها ي فرهنگي،تسهيلات شهري و آيتم ها ي كاركردهاي تفريحي و روشنايي كمترين اثرات را دارا هستند .

This article was written with the aim of the pedestrian impact on increasing social interactions in urban spaces of Bojnourd, with emphasis on social dimensions of social interaction. The method of this research is descriptive-analytic, which first of all has been designed to identify theoretical perspectives, general criteria of environmental quality and then collect field data and interviews with residents. Data analysis was performed using SWOT method. Case study is Taleghani street of Bojnourd. The results showed that the effect of physical properties on the quality of urban environments is in the first priority. Then, perception of the environment in the second priority and functional characteristics are in the top priority. According to the results, the most important independent variables in these three categories (physical, cultural and environmental) (security priorities, accessibility, passages, economic functions, urban environment, quality of social environment, social interactions Cultural activities, urban amenities, and recreational and lighting functions have the least impact.
