چكيده فارسي :
اهداف و زمينه‌ها: مديران سياسي فضاي جغرافيايي در سطح شهرستان‌ها در جهت انجام وظايف محلي، ناگزير از تدوين برنامه‌هاي استراتژيك هستند. آنچه كه انجام اين امر را ضروري مي‌نمايد برآمده از رسالت مديريت سياسي فضاي جغرافيايي در سطح منطقه براي اداره سياسي فضا به منظور دست‌يابي به اهداف منطقه‌اي است. هدف كلي پژوهش حاضر تدوين برنامه راهبردي مديريت سياسي فضاي جغرافيايي شهرستان اسلام شهر براي مديريت هر چه بهتر بر اين فضاست. اهداف جزئي پژوهش شامل شناسايي قوت، ضعف، فرصت و تهديدهاي شهرستان اسلام‌شهر و همچنين طراحي مناسب‌ترين راهبردهاي مديريت شهرستان اسلام‌شهر بود.
روش‌شناسي: اين پژوهش توصيفي به روش گردآوري اطلاعات به‌صورت كتابخانه‌اي و مصاحبه حضوري با خبرگان و همچنين مشاهده شخصي و تكميل پرسش‌نامه خبرگان در سال 1396 انجام شد. از روش تحليل سلسله مراتبي براي تعيين اهميت و وزن‌دهي به عوامل داخلي و خارجي استفاده شده است. براي تدوين استراتژي‌ها از روش تحليل سوات و از ماتريس برنامه‌ريزي استراتژيك كمي براي سنجش ميزان جذابيت هر يك از استراتژي‌هاي مورد نظر استفاده شده است.
يافته‌ها: مجموع نمره‌هاي ماتريس ارزيابي عوامل خارجي برابر با 1/9 بود يعني شهرستان در موقعيت تهديد قرار داشت و مجموع نمره‌هاي ماتريس ارزيابي عوامل داخلي برابر با 2/44 بود يعني شهرستان در موقعيت ضعف قرار گرفته بود.
نتيجه‌گيري: مديريت سياسي فضاي جغرافيايي اسلام‌شهر بايد استراتژي‌هاي تدافعي اتخاذ كند

Aims & Backgrounds Political managers of geographical space at the township level are bound to
formulate strategic plans in order to carry out their duties. What that makes the presentation of the
strategic plan necessary is derived from political management duties of geographical space at the
regional level to achieving the regional aims. The general aim of this research was to presentation the
strategic plan for the political management of the geographical space of Eslamshahr Township. The
minor aims of the research include identifying the strength, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of
Eslamshahr Township as well as designing the most appropriate strategies for managing Eslamshahr
Township.
Methodology This descriptive study was conducted through data collection by library studies, interview
with experts, personal observation and completion of the questionnaire by experts in 2017. Analytic
hierarchy process (AHP) technique was used for weighting the internal and external factors. Also, the
SWOT analysis method was used for strategies planning. Quantitative strategic planning matrix (QSPM)
was used for evaluating the strategies.
Findings The sum of matrix scores of the external factors was 1.9 which sowed the threat position of
the township. The sum of matrix scores of the internal factors was 2.44 which showed the township is
in the weakness position.
Conclusion Political management of geographical space in Eslamshahr Township should adopt
defensive strategies.
