Designing the Model Role Social Exchange on Responsibility of AFC Elite Football and Futsal Referees

هدف از انجام اين پژوهش طراحي الگوي نقش مبادله اجتماعي بر مسئوليت پذيري داوران نخبه فوتبال و فوتسال آسيا بود. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش شامل داوران نخبه فوتبال و فوتسال آسيا در دو بخش مردان و زنان كه در سال 2017 در ليست نخبه (Elite) داوران آسيا قرار دارند، بود. با توجه به محدود بودن جامعه آماري، نمونه گيري به صورت كل شمار بود كه در نهايت تعداد 292 تن در اين پژوهش شركت نمودند. روش تحقيق توصيفي و از نوع معادلات ساختاري بوده كه به صورت ميداني اجرا شده است. جهت جمع آوري داده ها از پرسشنامه هاي محقق ساخته مبادله اجتماعي و مسئوليت پذيري استفاده شد. به منظور تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از شاخص هاي توصيفي و آزمون هاي آماري همبستگي چندگانه، تحليل رگرسيون و تحليل مسير استفاده شد. نتايج نشان داد كه حمايت سازماني و حمايت اجتماعي تأثير مثبت و معني داري بر مسئوليت پذيري داوران دارد. از طرفي ديگر مبادله اجتماعي تأثير مثبت و معني داري بر مسئوليت اجتماعي، قانوني، اقتصادي و اخلاقي داوران داشت. همچنين الگوي تحليل مسير بين مبادله اجتماعي با مسئوليت پذيري مثبت و معنادار (0/26=ValueT=2/5, PC) مي باشد.

The purpose of this study was to design a model of the role of social exchange in the responsibility of the elite referees of Asian football and football. The statistical population of this study included elite football referees and Asian futsal men in two sections of men and women who were in the 2017 Elite list of Asian referees. With regard to the limited population of the population, sampling was a total of 292 individuals in the study. The research method is descriptive and is a type of structural equation that has been implemented as a field. Data were gathered using social researcher-made questionnaire and accountability questionnaire. In order to analyze the data, descriptive indices, multiple regression analysis and path analysis were used. The results showed that organizational support and social support have a positive and significant effect on the responsibility of referees. On the other hand, social exchange had a positive and significant impact on the social, legal, economic and moral responsibility of referees. Also, the path analysis method of social exchange with positive and significant responsibility (T = -2.5 = 2, PC = 0.26).
