Police and transhumanism movement

تراانسان گرايي يك نظام و جنبش فكري است كه از استفاده از فناوري براي ارتقاي توانايي جسماني و شناختي بشر حمايت مي كند و پيش‌ بيني مي نمايد كه انسان‌ها، در نهايت مي‌توانند آن‌ چنان نسبت به انسان‌ هاي فعلي ارتقا بيابند كه بتوان آن‌ ها را پساانسان‌ناميد. يكي از خاستگاه‌هايي كه از ظرفيت بالايي در مقوله ترابشريت برخوردار است، بخش نظامي يا دفاعي است و اين نوشتار نيز به منظور آشنايي با جريان تراانسان گرايي و كاربردهايي كه مي تواند در بخش‌هاي نظامي و دفاعي داشته باشد، انجام شده است. امروزه، با توجه به گستردگي ماموريت‌هاي نيروي انتظامي، استفاده از فناوري‌هاي روز يك ضرورت غير قابل انكار است. فناوري هاي نوين با تغيير دامنه مرزهاي متعارف محيط عملياتي پليس، تهديدها و فرصت هاي جديدي را پيش روي اين سازمان قرار داده است و آگاهي از وقوع چنين تغييراتي موجب مي شود تا در پاسخ هاي راهبردي ناجا به شرايط جديد، تغييرات متناسبي صورت پذيرد. تراانسان گرايي بر اساس فناوري هاي جديد و پيشرفته‌اي مي گيرد كه از جمله اهداف آنها جاودانه كردن گونه بشر با استفاده از فناوري‌هاي نوين است. برخي قدرتها كاركردهاي تراانسان گرايي را در بخش هاي نظامي و دفاعي دنبال نموده و در اين زمينه تحقيقات و اقدامات وسيعي را به منظور كسب برتري نظامي بر ساير كشورها انجام داده و به پيشرفت‌هاي چشمگيري نيز نائل آمده اند. به عنوان نمونه، در زمينه كاربردهاي ارتقاي توانايي‌هاي حسي و جسمي و شناختي بشر مي توان به ابر سربازها با مهارتهاي شناختي بالا اشاره كرد كه درد، ترس و خستگي را احساس نمي‌كنند و بيش از آنكه شبيه انسان باشند، نوعي ماشين به شمار مي روند. از اين رو، وزارت دفاع آمريكا به دنبال خلق سربازاني است كه بتوانند بدون هيچ ترس يا ندامتي آدم بكشند و بدون خستگي بجنگند. اين پژوهش به صورت توصيفي، با استفاده از منابع مختلف، به تاريخچه و اهداف تراانسان گرايي پرداخته و فناوري‌هاي مربوط به آن را مورد بررسي قرار داده و كاربردها و استفاده هاي اين فناوري‌ها در حوزه نظامي و انتظامي را نيز شرح مي دهد. شناختفناورى هاى نوين، چالش‌ها و فرصت هاى جديد امنيتى انتظامى و پيامدهاي تراانسان گرايي بر مفهوم نظم و امنيت اجتماعي، موضوعاتي هستند كه مي توانند در زمينه شناخت و به كارگيري اين فناوري‌هاي نوين در حوزه ماموريت‌هاي پليسي و درنهايت، پيشگيري از جرائم و همچنين، پيگيري جرائم موثر واقع شوند.

Transhumanism is a thought system and movement that supports the use of technology to enhance mankind’s physical and cognitive ability and predicts that human beings can finally change themselves to so enhanced creatures that can be called post-humans. One of the origins that has high potentials for transhumanism is military or defense field. This writing aims at introducing the application of transhumanism movement for the military and defense sectors. Taking into account the police’s missions, to use up-to-date technologies is of vital importance. Modern technologies have changed the spectrum of police operating environment’s conventional borders and therefore have created new threats and opportunities for this organization. Knowing these changes enable police to change its responses proportionate to such new conditions. Transhumanism is the result of new and advanced technologies and among its goals is to immortalize human being with the help of modern technologies. Some of the applications of enhancing human’s sensory, physical and cognitive abilities are creating super-soldiers who have high cognitive abilities, do not get tired, and are more like machines than humans. Some global powers are pursuing the functions of transhumans in the military and defense fields and have done a plethora of research studies in this area to have upper hand over the other countries and have come to significant achievements. US Ministry of Defense tends to create soldiers that can kill others without any feeling of fear or shame and can fight without getting tired. This descriptive research uses a variety of sources to explain the history and goals of transhumanism and analyzes its related technologies. In addition, it aims at explaining the applications of these technologies in the police and military fields. Modern technologies, the new security and police challenges and opportunities and the consequences of transhumanism over social order and security concept are among the themes that can help us in knowing and using such modern technologies in police missions and finally preventing and tracking crimes.
