تأثير نوآوري در فناوري اطلاعات و شبكه دانشي بر عملكرد تجاري شركت‌هاي صادركننده در صنعت مواد غذايي

The Impact of Innovation in Information Technology and Knowledge Network on Business Performance of Foodstuffs Exporting Companies

امروزه موضوع عملكرد تجاري از آن دسته مباحثي است كه طي سال‌هاي اخير به شدت مورد توجه پژوهشگران و محققان اقتصادي قرار گرفته است و بدن شك مهم‌ترين معيار سنجش موفقيت در شركت‌هاي تجاري به حساب مي‌آيد. در نتيجه، هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسي تأثير نوآوري در فناوري اطلاعات و شبكه دانشي بر عملكرد تجاري از طريق مديريت استعدادها مي‌باشد. جامعه آماري در اين پژوهش شركت‌هاي صادركننده برتر محصولات صنايع غذايي بود. براي به دست آوردن حجم نمونه از روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي طبقه‌اي و فرمول ‌كوكران استفاده گرديد و براي جمع‌آوري داده‌ها نيز پرسشنامه استاندارد بكار برده شد. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها از مدل‌سازي ‌معادلات ‌ساختاري و نرم-افزار LISREL استفاده شده است. يافته‌ها نشان‌ مي‌دهد كه نوآوري در فناوري‌اطلاعات و شبكه دانشي در اين شركت‌ها از طريق مديريت ‌استعدادها تاثير قابل توجه و معناداري بر عملكرد‌ تجاري دارد. در حالي كه تأثير نوآوري در فناوري و شبكه دانش بر عملكرد به طور مستقيم بسيار ناچيز مي‌باشد. شبكه دانش نيز تأثير مثبت معناداري بر نوآوري در فناوري اطلاعات دارد. با تقويت نوآوري در فناوري اطلاعات و شبكه دانشي و همچنين مديريت صحيح استعدادها مي‌توان به ارتقاي عملكرد تجاري كمك نموده و از مزاياي حاصل از آن استفاده نمود.

Nowadays, business performance is one of those topics that have been highly regarded in recent years by scholars and economic researchers and is undoubtedly the most important Measurement criteria of success in commercial companies. Thus, the aim of this study is investigate the innovation impact on information technology and knowledge network on business performance through talent management as a mediator. The statistical population in this study was the top exporting companies of food industry. Random sampling method and Cochran formula were used for obtaining a sample and standard questionnaire was used for data collection. LISREL software and structural equation modeling was used for data analyzing. The findings show that IT innovation and knowledge network have significant impact on the company through talent management and also they have significantly impact on business performance. While the direct impact of innovation in technology and knowledge network on performance is very low. knowledge networks have a significant positive effect on information technology innovations. With the advancement of innovation in information technology and knowledge networks, as well as the proper management of talents, it can be used to improve business performance and took advantage of its benefits.
