تحليل اثر سرمايه‌گذاري دولت بر اشتغال دانش‌آموختگان كارشناسي‌ارشد رشتة تربيت‌بدني دانشگاه‌هاي دولتي و غيردولتي

Analysis of Government Investment on Employment of Graduates the MSC Degree in Physical Education of Public and Private Universities

به‌يقين، نيروي انساني مهم‌ترين سرماية يك كشور محسوب ميشود و استفادة درست از اين سرمايه در يك سيستم منسجم ضروري است. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، تحليل اثر سرمايه‌گذاري دولت بر اشتغال دانش‌آموختگان كارشناسي‌ارشد رشتة تربيت‌بدني دانشگاه‌هاي دولتي و غيردولتي بود. روش انجام اين پژوهش توصيفي- تحليلي بود و همة دانش‌آموختگان كارشناسي‌ارشد تربيت‌بدني در همة گرايش‌ها كه در سال‌هاي 1385 تا 1390 از دانشگاه‌هاي دولتي و غيردولتي دانش‌آموخته شدند، جامعة پژوهشي مطالعة حاضر را تشكيل دادند. حجم جامعة پژوهش 7500 نفر برآورد شد كه براي بر آورد حجم نمونه از فرمول كوكران استفاده شد كه برآورد حجم نمونه 360 نفر درنظر گرفته شد. نمونه‌گيري به‌صورت طبقه‌اي خوشه‌اي و به‌صورت تصادفي انجام شد. براي جمع‌آوري اطلاعات از پرسش‌نامة پژوهشگرساخته بهره گرفته شد. روايي محتوايي پرسش‌نامه به تأييد اساتيد گروه تربيت‌بدني، مديريت، اقتصاد، جامعه‌شناسي و علوم اجتماعي رسيد. براي بررسي روايي سازة پرسش‌نامه، از روش تحليل عاملياكتشافي استفاده شد كه روايي ساختاري قابل‌قبولي نشان داده شد( بار عاملي برابر با 0/748). ميزان پايايي پرسش‌نامه برابر با 0/97 (آلفاي كرونباخ) گزارش شد. براي تجزيه‌وتحليل آماري از نرم‌افزارهاي اس.پي.اس.اس. نسخة 20 و ليزرل استفاده شد. به‌طوركلي، از ديدگاه دانش‌آموختگان دانشگاه‌هاي دولتي و غيردولتي، مهم‌ترين عوامل سرمايه‌گذاري دولتي مؤثر در اشتغال دانش‌آموختگان كارشناسي‌ارشد رشتة تربيت‌بدني مشخص شدند. نتايج حاصل از پژوهش نشان داد كه دربين هفت عامل سرمايه‌گذاري دولت درمورد اشتغال، عامل حمايت كافي از سرمايه‌گذاري‌هاي خصوصي در بخش تربيت‌بدني دربين دانش‌آموختگان دو گروه دانشگاه داراي بيشترين ضريب همبستگي است (دانشگاه دولتي با ضريب همبستگي برابر با 0/819 و دانشگاه غيردولتي با ضريب همبستگي برابر با 0/801). به‌طوركلي، نقش سرمايه‌گذاري دولت به‌عنوان متولي اصلي ايجاد اشتغال از اهميت بسيار زيادي برخوردار است.

Obviously, the most important human capital is an appropriate use of these funds is necessary in an integrated system. This study analyzes the effect of government investment on employment MSC degree in physical education is public and private universities. Methods In this descriptive - analytical study and the research community all MSC degree in physical education in the years 1385 till 1390 all the trends in both public and private universities have graduated from the population size 7500 study estimated that a sample size of Cochran's formula was used to estimate the sample size was 360 patients . Stratified cluster random sampling was performed. A questionnaire was used to collect data confirm the validity of the questionnaire Physical Education teachers, administration, economics, sociology and the social sciences. For construct validity, exploratory factor analysis indicated that an acceptable construct validity (factor loading 0.748) level of reliability equal to 0.98 (Cronbach’s alpha) were reported. The cost of software for statistical analysis (SPSS 20) and LISREL was used. In general, graduates of public universities and non-governmental, public investment factors affecting the employment of graduates of master's degree in physical education were identified. The results of the study showed that between 7 operating state investment in jobs to support plenty of private investments in physical education among graduates of two universities with the highest correlation coefficient (a public university with a correlation coefficient, 0.819 universities and NGOs with a correlation coefficient, 0.801). General government investment in job creation as the main trustee is very important.
