اثر استفاده از سطوح مختلف دانه آناتو (Bixa orellana) در جيره غذايي ماهي قزل آلاي رنگين كمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss) جوان بر برخي شاخص‌هاي خوني، رشد و رنگ فيله

Effect of dietary annatto (Bixa orellana) seed powder on some hematological parameters, growth performance, and fillet color of juvenile rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss)

در اين پژوهش، سطوح مختلف پودر دانه گياه آناتو (Bixa orellana) به جيره غذايي ماهيان قزل آلاي رنگين كمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss ااضافه گرديد و سپس برخي از شاخص‌هاي خوني (شامل تعداد گلبول‌هاي قرمز و سفيد‌، غلظت هموگلوبين و درصد‌‌ هماتوكريت)، عملكرد رشد و رنگ فيله ماهيان بررسي شد. جيره‌هاي آزمايشي با سه تكرار شامل 0 (شاهد)، 25/0، 5/0 و 75/0 درصد پودر دانه گياه آناتو بود. تعداد 360 عدد ماهي قزل آلاي رنگين كمان جوان (5±100 گرم) در 12 عدد تانك به‌صورت كاملاً تصادفي ذخيره‌سازي و 40 روز پرورش يافتند. حداكثر مقدار شاخص‌هاي خوني بجز تعداد گلبول­هاي سفيد در تيمار شامل 75/0 درصد پودر دانه گياه آناتو مشاهده شد، در حاليكه كمترين مقدار اين شاخص‌ها در تيمار شاهد مشاهده شد (p<0.05). همچنين، بيشترين وزن نهايي بدن (235 گرم) مربوط به تيمار 75/0 درصد پودر دانه آناتو و كمترين (2/108 گرم) مربوط به تيمار شاهد بود (p<0.05). طيف رنگ‌هاي قرمز و زرد در فيله ماهيان با افزايش سطح پودر آناتو در جيره، به طور معني‌داري افزايش يافت و بيشترين ميزان آنها در فيله ماهيان تغذيه شده با 75/0 درصد پودر آناتو در مقايسه با ساير تيمارها مشاهده شد (p<0.05). بنابراين، افزودن پودر دانه گياه آناتو به مقدار 75/0 درصد در جيره غذايي ماهي قزل‌آلاي رنگين‌كمان تأثير مثبتي در شاخص‌هاي خوني داشت و از سويي، با افزايش نرخ رشد و رنگ‌پذيري فيله احتمالاً هزينه‌هاي پرورش را كاهش و مشتري پسندي گوشت ماهي را افزايش خواهد داد.

In this study, rainbow trout diet was supplemented with different levels of annatto (Bixa orellana) seed powder and then some blood parameters (i.e. red and white blood cells count, hemoglobin concentration and hematocrit percentage), growth performance and the fillets color was evaluated. The experimental diets consisted of 0 (control), 0.25, 0.5 and 0.75% annatto powder with three replicates. A total of 360 juvenile rainbow trout (100±5 g) were stocked completely randomly in 12 tanks and reared for 40 days. The maximum amount of all measured blood parameters except white blood cells were obtained in supplemented diet with 0.75% annatto seed powder and the minimum amount of the blood indices were observed in control group (p<0.05). Also, the highest body weight (235 g) was related to 0.75% annatto seed powder and the lowest (108.2 g) was related to control one (p<0.05). Spectrum of red and yellow colors in the fish fillets were increased by increasing in annatto seed powder level in the diet and the highest values were recorded in the fish fillet fed with 0.75% annatto seed powder in comparison with others (p<0.05). Therefore, the addition of annatto seed powder at 0.75% in rainbow trout diet has a positive effect on the blood parameters, and on the other hand, by increasing the growth rate and fillet coloring, probably the cost of culturing will reduce and the customer's satisfaction with the fish meat will increase.
