Designing the Model of Football Development in Iran with an Emphasis on the Preconditions of the Presence of Female Spectators

هدف از اين پژوهش ارائه مدل توسعه فوتبال ايران با تأكيد بر مقدمات حضور بانوان تماشاگر بود. اين پژوهش ازنظر هدف، توسعه‌اي و ازنظر راهبرد، اكتشافي است كه به‌صورت كيفي اجرا شد.جامعه پژوهش، اساتيد و نخبگان در زمينه مديريت ورزشي بودند كه به‌صورت هدفمند و گلوله برفي انتخاب شدند و تحت مصاحبه‌هاي نيمه ساختاريافته قرار گرفتند. بر اساس نظريه داده بنياد، تجزيه‌وتحليل و كدگذاري داده‌ها در سه مرحله انجام شد و پنج‌تن از مشاركت‌كنندگان با تأييد يافته‌هاي پژوهش، روايي و پايايي كدگذاري­ها را تأييد نمودند. نتايج نشان داد مدل به‌دست‌آمده از سه بخش تشكيل‌شده­ است كه در سطح اول مدل، ده مقوله بر مقدمات حضور بانوان تماشاگر در استاديوم‌هاي فوتبال ايران اثرگذار مي‌باشد و در بخش دوم مدل، مقدمات حضور بر احتمال حضور حداكثري تماشاگران و هواداران مؤثر است و در سطح سوم ، حضور حداكثري بر توسعه فوتبال ايران مؤثر است. يافته‌هاي پژوهش به مديران و مسئولان ورزشي بخش فوتبال كشور كمك خواهد كرد تا مقدمات حضور بانوان تماشاگر در استاديوم­هاي فوتبال را فراهم نمايند تا توسعه بين‌المللي فوتبال كشور تسريع و تسهيل گردد

The aim of this study was to design a model of football development in Iran with an emphasis on the preconditions of the presence of female spectators. This study was developmental in terms of aims and exploratory in terms of strategy that was conducted with a qualitative method. The population included professors and elites in sport management who were selected by purposive and snowball sampling methods and underwent semi-structured interviews. Based on the Grounded Theory, analysis and coding of the data were conducted in three stages, and 5 participants confirmed the validity and reliability of the coding by verifying the findings of the study. The results showed that the model was composed of three parts. At the first level of the model, 10 categories affected the preconditions of the presence of female spectators in Iran football stadiums. In the second part of the model, the preconditions for the presence affected likelihood of the maximum presence of the spectators and fans. At the third level, the maximum presence influenced the development of football in Iran. The research findings help sport managers and officials in Iran football sector to provide the preconditions for the presence of female spectators in football stadiums so that international football development in Iran can be accelerated and facilitated.
