بررسي تأثير استفاده تلفن‌هاي هوشمند بر پيامدهاي رفتاري مثبت كاركنان با نقش ميانجي سرمايه اجتماعي (مورد مطالعه: كاركنان كتابخانه‌هاي عمومي شهر تهران)

A Study of the Impact of Smart Phones on the Employees' Positive Behavioral Outcomes with the Mediating role of Social Capital (Study Case: Staff of Tehran's Public Libraries)

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعيين تأثير استفاده از امكانات تلفن‌هاي هوشمند توسط كاركنان بر شكل­‌گيري پيامدهاي رفتاري مثبت در آن­ها شامل رضايت شغلي، رضايت ارتباط و عملكرد و همچنين بررسي نقش ميانجي سرمايه اجتماعي صورت گرفت. روش: اين پژوهش ازلحاظ هدف كاربردي و ازنظر روش در زمرۀ پژوهش‌هاي توصيفي-پيمايشي قرار مي‌گيرد. جامعه آماري پژوهش حاضر شامل كليه كاركنان كتابخانه‌هاي عمومي زير نظر سازمان فرهنگي هنري شهرداري تهران به تعداد 392 نفر است كه 200 نفر از آن­ها با توجه به حجم نمونۀ موردنياز براي مدل‌يابي معادلات ساختاري به‌صورت تصادفي ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوري در اين پژوهش، پرسش‌نامه استاندارد پژوهش شير و رايس (2017) شامل شش گويه براي سنجش ميزان استفاده از تلفن‌هاي هوشمند، هشت گويه براي سنجش سرمايه اجتماعي و شش گويه براي سنجش پيامدهاي رفتاري مثبت كاركنان است كه پايايي اين پرسش‌نامه با استفاده از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ 0/914 محاسبه شد. به‌منظور بررسي كفايت داده‌ها براي تحليل عاملي، از آزمون KMO ازطريق نرم‌افزار SPSS استفاده شد. همچنين، آزمون تحليل عاملي تأييدي به‌منظور بررسي روايي ابزار انجام شد و درنهايت، به‌منظور آزمون فرضيات از نرم‌افزار آموس استفاده شد. يافته‌ها: بررسي شاخص‌هاي برازش مدل حاكي‌از آن است كه مدل ساختاري پژوهش از وضـعيت مناسـبي برخوردار است. همچنين، يافته­‌هاي پژوهش نشان داد كه استفاده از تلفن‌هاي هوشمند بر پيامدهاي رفتاري مثبت كاركنان با ضريب مسير 0/45 تاثير معني‌دار و مثبت دارد. همچنين، نقش ميانجي سرمايه اجتماعي در تأثير استفاده از تلفن‌هاي هوشمند بر پيامدهاي رفتاري مثبت كاركنان با ضريب مسير غيرمستقيم 0/48 تأييد شد. اصالت/ارزش: پژوهش حاضر براي اولين بار در كشور به بررسي نتايج مثبت استفادۀ كتابداران از تلفن‌هاي هوشمند و پيامدهاي آن در كتابخانه‌هاي عمومي با نقش ميانجي سرمايه اجتماعي پرداخته است. اين پژوهش فوايد استفاده از تلفن­‌هاي هوشمند در سازمان­ها را آشكار مي‌­سازد و به توسعه تجربي و نظري اين زمينۀ مطالعاتي كمك مي‌كند. ازاين‌رو، با توجه به اهميت و كارايي تلفن‌هاي هوشمند در ارائۀ خدمات اطلاع‌رساني، مرجع، فناوري اطلاعات و آموزشي و پژوهشي پيشنهاد مي‌شود تدابيري براي استفاده مناسب در توسعۀ خدمات كتابخانه‌هاي عمومي با كمك‌ تلفن‌هاي هوشمند لحاظ شود.

Purpose: To examine the effect of using smart phones on the positive behavioral outcomes of employees with a mediating role of social capital. Method: This study is considered an applied research in terms of purpose and a descriptive-correlational study in terms of the data collection method. The statistical population of the research includes all the staff of Tehran's public libraries, who numbers 394 from whom 200 individuals were selected by using the random sampling method. Cochran formula has been used to determine the sample size 200 participants. Due to the small size of the population and the appropriate volume for the modeling of structural equations, the entire population was studied. The instrument for collecting data was the standard questionnaire by Shir et al. (2017) whose reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.914. To verify the suitability of the data for factor analysis, KMO test was used. Furthermore, the research validity was examined by a factor analysis and finally the Amos software was used to test the research hypotheses. Findings: The examination of the fit indices of the research model showed its good fit. Furthermore, findings indicated that using smartphones has a significant and positive effect with the path coefficient=0/45 on the positive behavioral outcomes of library staff. Moreover, the role of social capital as a mediator in this effect was confirmed with the indirect path coefficient = 0/48. Originality/value: The current research has been the first one that has studied the positive outcomes of the librarians' use of smart phones and its consequences in public libraries through the mediating role of social capital. This research reveals the advantages of using smart phones in organizations and its results contribute to the empirical and theoretical development of this area of study. Therefore, considering the importance and efficiency of smart phones in providing information, reference, information technology and educational and research services, it is suggested that measures be taken to be used appropriately in the development of public library services with the help of smart phones.
