بررسي تطبيقي لايحه حمايت از اطفال و نوجوانان در برابر فروش و روسپيگري با پروتكل الحاقي به كنوانسيون حقوق كودك

نتيجه نگراني جامعه بين الملل در برابر پديده هاي روبه رشد فروش و روسپيگري كودكان، پروتكل الحاقي به كنوانسيون حقوق كودك بود. ايران نيز به عنوان عضو اين پروتكل لايحه حمايت از اطفال و نوجوانان را در راستاي حمايتي جامع از كودكان به تصويب مجلس رسانيد. سؤال اين پژوهش كه با روش كتابخانه اي تهيه شده بررسي مطابقت لايحه با پروتكل است كه در خصوص فروش اين مطابقت كامل است اما در روسپيگري به دليل استمرار ديدگاه بزهكاري نوجوانان در رفتارهاي جنسي تؤام با رضايت مطابقتي ديده نمي شود. لذا پيشنهادهايي ارائه گرديده است.

The result of the international community's concern over the growing phenomena of sale and child prostitution was the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child. As a member of this protocol, Iran also ratified the bill supporting children and adolescents in the context of comprehensive child protection. The question of this research, which is based on the library's method, is to examine the conformity of the bill with the protocol, which is about the sale of this conformity is full, but in prostitution, because of the persistence of juvenile delinquency perspective, sexual behavior with juvenile consent is not conformity with the protocol. So suggestions have been made.
