راهبردهاي كاهش شكاف بين تئوري و عمل در آموزش پرستاري؛ مرور يكپارچه

Strategies for Reducing Theory Practice Gap in Nursing Education: An Integrative Review

مقدمه: با توجه به ماهيت حرفه پرستاري، فرايند آموزش مبتني بر دو بخش تئوري و عمل مي باشد. براي تربيت پرستاران توانمند جهت ارائه مراقبت اصولي متناسب با استاندارد هاي سلامت، توجه به هر دو بخش ضروري است. اين در حالي است كه شكاف بين تئوري عمل به عنوان يكي از چالش هاي مطرح شده در بحث آموزش پرستاري مي باشد. به طوري كه رويكردهاي مطالعات در حوزه آموزش پرستاري نيز متمركز بر آسيب شناسي اين چالش و ارائه راهكار مناسب مي باشد. اين مطالعه با هدف تعيين شكاف بين تئوري و عمل در آموزش پرستاري انجام شد. روش كار: در اين مرور يكپارچه (Integrative Review) با استفاده ازكليد واژه هاي آموزش پرستاري، تئوري، عمل، Nursing Education Theory, Practice جست و جوي وسيع منابع در پايگاه هاي علميWOS, Pub med, Science Direct, Scopus , ,Iranmadex ,Magiran ,SID,و موتور جست جوي Google scholar از سال 2003 تا 2018، به زبان انگليسي و فارسي انجام شد. در نهايت 7 مقاله وارد مطالعه شدند. داده ها بر اساس روش نافل و ويتمور (2005) مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفتند. يافته‌ها: بر اساس نتايج مطالعات، بازنگري برنامه درسي، ايجاد انگيزه، صلاحيت فرهنگي، ارتباط مناسب اساتيد و دانشجويان، افزايش مهارت هاي تفكر انتقادي اساتيد و دانشجويان، افزايش مهارت باليني اساتيد و بهره گيري از روش هاي مختلف تدريس، از جمله موارد پيشنهادي براي كاهش شكاف تئوري و عمل در آموزش پرستاري بودند. نتيجه گيري: با توجه به نتايج مطالعات، اصلاح برنامه درسي، افزايش مهارت هاي تفكر انتقادي دانشجويان و اساتيد، افزايش مهارت هاي باليني اساتيد و استفاده از روش هاي مختلف تدريس، در جهت كاهش شكاف بين تئوري و عمل پيشنهاد مي شود.

Introduction: According to the nature of the nursing profession, the education process is based on two parts of theory and practice. To educate nurses who can provide proper care by health standards, attention to both sectors is essential. However, the gap between the theories of practice is one of the challenges posed in nursing education. So that the approaches of studies in the field of nursing education are also focused on the pathology of this challenge and provide a suitable strategy. This study aimed to provide a solution to close the gap between theory and practice in nursing education. Methods: This integrative review uses the key words of nursing education, theory, and practice, a wide search of resources at the WOS, Pub med, Science Direct, Scopus, Iranmadex, Magiran, SID and Google scholar from 2003 to 2018, in English and Persian. Ultimately, 7 articles were included. Data were analyzed based on whitehorse and Knafl (2005) strategy. Results: Based on the results of the studies, reviewing of curriculum, Motivation, cultural competence, appropriate communication between instructors and students, increasing the critical thinking skills of faculty members and students, enhancing the clinical skills of faculty members and using various educational methods, among the effective factors in reducing the gap between theory and practice in nursing education. Conclusions: According to the results of the study, reviewing of curriculum, increasing the critical thinking skills of students and faculty members, enhancing the clinical skills of faculty members and using various education methods in nursing recommended.
