تأسيس بازارچه‌هاي مرزي يكي از شناخته‌شده‌ترين روش‌هاي توسعه اقتصادي نواحي مرزي محسوب مي‌شود كه توانسته تحول شگرفي در توليد، اشتغال، تثبيت جمعيت مرزنشين، افزايش درآمد و در نهايت توسعه و امنيت پايدار را در اين مناطق ايجاد كند. پژوهش حاضر به بررسي نقش بازارچه مرزي ماهيرود در امنيت منطقه مرزي نهبندان مي‌پردازد. اين پژوهش، كاربردي و از نوع توصيفي - تحليلي است. جامعه آماري آن شامل كليه غرفه داران، كسبه، كارگران، شاغلين بخش‌هاي خصوصي و دولتي در بازارچه مرزي ماهيرود و معتمدين محلي منطقه به تعداد 100 نفر به‌صورت تمام شمار در سال 98 تشكيل داده كه به‌صورت تمام شمار مورد پرسش قرارگرفته‌اند. ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها پرسشنامه بوده كه پايايي آن با استفاده از آزمون آلفاي كرونباخ براي كل پرسشنامه 0/88 برآورد شده است. براي بررسي روايي پرسشنامه با استفاده از نظرات صاحب‌نظران، از روايي صوري استفاده گرديد. اطلاعات به دست آمده با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS24 مورد تحليل قرارگرفته است. با توجه به يافته‌هاي به‌دست‌آمده بر اساس نظرات جامعه آماري، بازارچه مرزي ماهيرود به اهداف خود كه همانا تحقق امنيت مرزي منطقه نهبندان است به ميزان بالاي 51 درصد نائل‌آمده است و مردم به محقق شدن اهداف بازارچه معتقدند. اين آمارها بيانگر نقش مثبت بازارچه در منطقه مرزي براي مردم بوده است. به تعبير ديگر، تمامي فرضيه‌هاي تحقيق در رابطه با نقش فعاليت بازارچه مرزي ماهيرود در تحقق امنيت مرزي منطقه نهبندان در ابعاد مختلف توسعه و تثبيت ساكنين (82%)، كاهش مهاجرت (92%) و گسترش زيرساخت‌هاي منطقه (85%) تأثير معناداري داشته و مورد تائيد قرارگرفته است. بر اين اساس سياست‌هاي كلان جمهوري اسلامي در زمينه توسعه بازارچه‌هاي مرزي باهدف ايجاد امنيت پايدار در مناطق مرزي تحقق‌يافته لذا ضرورت دارد اين سياست البته با رعايت اصل به‌كارگيري نيروهاي بومي و توسعه صادرات در ساير بخش‌ها نيز گسترش يابد.

Establishment of border markets is one of the most well-known methods of economic development of border areas, which has been able to create a dramatic change in production, employment, stabilization of border population, increase income and ultimately development and sustainable security in these areas. The present study examines the role of Mahirood border market in the security of Nehbandan border region. This research is applied and descriptive-analytical. Its statistical population includes all exhibitors, merchants, workers, employees of the private and public sectors in the Mahirood border market, and local trustees of the region. The data collection tool was a questionnaire whose reliability was estimated to be 0.88 using the Cronbach's alpha test for the whole questionnaire. Formal validity was used to evaluate the validity of the questionnaire using the opinions of experts. The information obtained was analyzed using SPSS24 software. According to the findings of the statistical population, Mahirud border bazaar has achieved its goals of achieving border security in Nehbandan region by 51% and people believe that the goals of the bazaar have been achieved. These statistics show the positive role of the bazaar in the border area for the people. In other words, all research hypotheses regarding the role of Mahirood border market activity in the realization of border security of Nehbandan region in different dimensions of development and stabilization of residents (82%), reduction of migration (92%) and expansion of regional infrastructure (85%) had a significant effect. an‎d has been approved. Accordingly, the major policies of the Islamic Republic in the development of border markets have been achieved with the aim of creating lasting security in the border areas, so it is necessary to expand this policy in other areas, of course, in accordance with the principle of using local forces and export development.
