چكيده فارسي :
در اين پژوهش با رويكردي آينده‌پژوهانه، مهم‌ترين الزامات سياست خارجي در گام دوم انقلاب از ديدگاه مقام معظم رهبري تبيين شده است. در اين راستا، الزامات سياست خارجي ايران با توجه به روندها، پيامد روندها، پيش‌ران‌ها، موانع و رويدادهاي موثر بر روند مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. در تبيين روندها، به الزامات سياست خارجي جهت مطالعه‌ي واقع‌بينانه و همه‌جانبه‌ي روند گذشته، و شناخت نقاط قوت و ضعف آن به‌منظور تقويت موارد قوت و مثبت و رفع نارسايي‌ها پرداخته شده است. در بحث پيامدهاي روند، به حفظ دستاوردهاي گذشته و نهادينه‌كردن موازنه‌ي قدرت نوين منطقه‌اي پرداخته‌ايم. هم‌چنين شناخت و بهره‌گيري از فرصت‌هاي بين‌المللي و تبيين راهبردهاي كنترل تهديدها را جهت غلبه‌بر موانع تبيين نموده‌ايم. در بررسي پيش‌ران‌ها نيز به تقويت روحيه‌ي انقلابي و عمل جهادي، حمايت از روند بيداري اسلامي و نهادينه‌كردن روابط راهبردي ايران و روسيه پرداخته‌ايم. در بيان الزامات مربوط به تاثير رويدادها بر روند، شناخت نشانه‌ها و روندهاي تحقق رويدادها و حمايت از آن‌ها، ترسيم چالش‌هاي فرارو، تعيين اهداف و راهبردهاي آينده را مورد مطالعه قرار داده‌ايم. در الزامات سياست خارجي ايران مربوط به ترسيم آينده‌ي مرجح سياست خارجي، يعني دست‌يابي به تمدن نوين اسلامي، ارتقاي جايگاه ايران به سطح كشورهاي پيشرفته و ايجاد بلوك قدرت‌مند جهان اسلام و راهبردهاي نيل به آن - از جمله تدوين نظريه‌ي سياست خارجي دولت انقلابي – را نيز بررسي كرده‌ايم.

In this research with a futuristic approach, the most important foreign policy requirements of the second step of the revolution have been explained from the perspective of the supreme leader. In this context, the requirements of Iran's foreign policy have been examined with regard to trends, outcome of trends, proponents, obstacles and events affecting the process. In explaining trends, foreign policy requirements for a more realistic and comprehensive study of the past process, and identifying its strengths and weaknesses, have been addressed in order to reinforce the strengths and weaknesses of the past. In discussing the consequences of the process, we have preserved past achievements and institutionalized the balance of modern regional power. We have also identified and exploited international opportunities and elaborated threat control strategies to overcome obstacles. In examining the proponents, we have also fostered revolutionary spirit and jihadist action, supported the process of Islamic awakening, and institutionalized Iran-Russia strategic relations. In explaining the implications of the impact of events on the process, identifying and supporting the events and signs of the event, identifying the challenges ahead, setting goals and future strategies. It also includes the foreign policy requirements of Iran to chart the preferred future of foreign policy, namely the achievement of a new Islamic civilization, the promotion of Iran to the level of advanced countries and the creation of a powerful bloc of the Islamic world and strategies to achieve it - including the formulation of a foreign policy theory by the revolutionary state.
