بررسي رابطه ي بومي گرايي در تاثيرات فرهنگي دانشگاه بر توسعه ي جزيرهي قشم

Investigating the Relationship between Native Culture and the Cultural Impact of University on Development of Qeshm Island

اين پژوهش با هدف مطالعه تاثيرات بوميگرايي در تاثيرات فرهنگي دانشگاه براي برنامه ريزيهاي توسعه اجتماعي در جزيره قشم انجام شده است. نظريه پارسنز در كنار تاكيدات جيكوبز و چپمن بر مدت اقامت در يك مكان كه به تراكم هويت و سرمايه اجتماعي مي انجامد، چارچوب نظري اين پژوهش را تشكيل مي داد. از روش پيمايش و ابزار پرسشنامه براي گردآوري داده ها استفاده شد و نمونه گيري كه بر اساس فرمول كوكران، 348 نفر برآورد شده بود تا جايي پيش رفت كه پاسخهاي معتبر در محاسبه رابطه متغيرها، كمتر از اين ميزان نباشد تا اعتبار تحقيق تأمين گردد. نتايج نشان داد كه ميانگين تاثيرات فرهنگي دانشگاه در توسعه جزيره قشم در بازهي 4 تا 16 برابر با 9/10 بود كه در حد زيادي ارزابي مي شود. بين توسعه جزيره قشم و بومي يا غيربومي بودن در سطح اطمينان 99 درصد رابطه ي معناداري ديده شد، در حالي كه رابطه مدت اقامت در قشم با متغير وابسته كه تأثير ابعاد فرهنگي دانشگاه در توسعهي جزيره قشم ميباشد، رابطه معناداري نداشت. بنابراين بومي بودن نسبت به مدت اقامت ميتواند يك ظرفيت بالقوه مثبت در توسعه و برنامه ريزيهاي منطقه اي تلقي گردد. تحليل عاملي، گويه هاي پرسشنامه را در چهار عامل سرمايه گذاري اقتصادي، نيروي انساني، مديريت نهادي و نظارت اجرايي در اثرگذاري در برنامه هاي توسعه اي شناسايي كرد.

This research has been conducted with the aim of studying the effects of native culture on the cultural impact of the university on social development planning in Qeshm Island. Parsens' theory, along with Jacobs and my left emphasis on the length of stay in a place that leads to the accumulation of identity and social capital, formed the theoretical framework for this research. A survey method and a questionnaire tool were used to collect data. The sampling, based on the Cochran formula, was estimated to be 348, so that valid responses to calculate the relationship between the variables were not less than the validity of the research To be supplied. The results showed that the average cultural impact of the university on the development of Qeshm Island in the range of 4 to 16 was 9/9, which is largely evaluated. There was a significant relationship between development of Qeshm Island and indigenous or non-homogeneous at 99% confidence level, while the relationship between the length of stay in Qeshm with the dependent variable that the impact of cultural dimensions of the university on the development of Qeshm Island was not significant. Therefore, native residence time can be considered as a potential positive development potential in regional development and planning. Factor analysis identified the questionnaires in four factors of economic investment, human resources, institutional management, and executive supervision in influencing development programs.
