Founder of geopolitical instability in Iraq

شواهد تاريخي نشان مي دهد بخش مهمي از عوامل ثبات و بي ثباتي واحد هاي سياسي-فضايي ناشي از برآيند مسائل ژئوپلتيكي آن محسوب مي شود كه اين مسائل نقش موثري را در شكل گيري فرهنگ سياسي و سياست خارجي واحد هاي سياسي - فضايي ايفا مي كند. در اين ميان كشور عراق متاثر از موقعيت ژئوپلتيك و ناكارآمدي روند دولت – ملت سازي و نظام هاي سياسي غير دموكراتيك از بدو شكل گيري تاكنون دچار بي ثباتي بوده است و اين بي ثباتي نقش موثري در بازتوليد رويكرد نظامي و پرخاشگري سياسي در اين كشور داشته است. اين واقعيت يعني آسيب پذيري ژئواستراتژيك عراق از نظر دسترسي مناسب به دريا ، به عنوان بزرگترين تنگناي جغرافيايي اين كشور طي نيم سده گذشته باعث شده كه اين كشور بارها با ارائه تعريف جديدي از مرزهايش با ايران و كويت ،اين مشكل را به نوعي حل و فصل كند، وليكن در مقاطعي از تاريخ موجب بروز تنش و حتي جنگ با همسايگان خود شده است. شواهد نشان مي دهد تا زماني كه اين چالش هاي ژئوپلتيكي حل نشود زمينه هاي بي ثباتي و تنش در عراق ادامه خواهد يافت. از اين رو اين مقاله بر اين فرض است كه بي ثباتي سياسي كشور عراق متاثر از موقعيت جغرافيايي ،ناكارآمدي روند دولت-ملت سازي و نظام هاي سياسي غير دموكراتيك بوده است و روش شناسي حاكم بر آن نيز سرشتي عقلاني دارد و روش پژوهش آن نيز توصيفي –تحليلي است و داده هاي مورد نياز آن به شيوه كتابخانه ايي گرد آوري شده است.

The historical evidence shows that animportant port of political –spacial units stability and instrbility comes from the analysis of its geopolitical situation wich plays a significant rolein its political culture and foreign policy meanwhile Iraq has suffered from instability of geopolitical situation and inefficiency of people - government building process and other nondemocratic political systems and this has had a huge impact on its military strategy and political agression . This fact shows the vulnerability of Iraq regarding having access to the sea as its biggest geographical challenge on the past 5 decades which has caused Iraq to define its borders with iran and kowait over and over again to solve this problem but at some point in history it has resulted in war or tension with its neighbors . evidence suggests that as long as this does not solve the geopolitical challanges instability and stress fields in Iraq Will continue. thus this article assumes that the political instability in Iraq is affected by its geopolitical location and inefficiency of people – goverment building process and non democratic political systems and the methodology of that is based on logical inherent and the research method of thte is qualitative and the required analyctical data is collected through library reviews.
