تبيين چگونگي شكل گيري و روند توسعه سكونتگاه هاي شهري(مطالعه موردي: شهر منجيل)

بافت و ساختار شهرهاي امروزي حاصل فرآيندي است كه از سال هاي بسيار دور آغاز شده و تحت تاثير نيروهاي مختلفي از قبيل زمان، نيروهاي اداري، اقتصادي، سياسي و اجتماعي شكل گرفته است. اين ساختار و بافت جواب گوي دوره هاي گوناگون تاريخي بوده و در واقع شهر محل تجلي نيازها و اراده ساكنان آن است. پژوهش حاضر تلاشي است در جهت شناسايي فرايند شكل گيري و تكوين شهر منجيل و روند تغييرات اراضي طي سالهاي 1377 الي 1393 در گذر زمان است. روش تحقيق توصيفي – تحليلي است، بدين منظور با استفاده از مطالعات كتابخانه اي و اسنادي به جمع آوري داده ها پرداخته و جهت استخراج كلاسهاي طيفي از شبكه عصبي مصنوعي و مدل تغييرات زمين در نرم افزار ادريسي و سيستم اطلاعات جغرافيايي استفاده شده است. نتايج حاصل از اين پژوهش نشان داد كه روند تغييرات ساير كاربريها به نفع اراضي ساخته شده با بيشترين ميزان تغييرات از 202 هكتار در سال 1377 به 405.3 هكتار در سال 1393 رسيده است. عواملي چون قرار گرفتن در محور ارتباطي رشت – قزوين، وجود سد منجليل و رودخانه هاي پرآبي چون سپيد رود، وجود پادگان هاي نظامي و نيرگاههاي بادي در اين منطقه از مهمترين عوامل تاثير گذار در شكل گيري و توسعه شهر منجيل در طول تاريخ بوده است.

The texture and structure of today's cities are the result of a process which has been started since many years ago and it has been formed under the influence of different powers such as time and official, economic, political and social powers. These structure and texture are responsible for various historical courses and in fact the city is the emerging place of its inhabitants' need and will. The present study is an attempt to identify the process of formation and development of land in the years 1377 to 1393 Manjil and trends in the course of time. Descriptive research - analysis, in order to use the library and documentary studies to collect data and to extract the spectral classes of artificial neural network model and the changes in Idris and GIS software is used. The results of this study showed that the changes made by other applications to benefit the maximum rate of change of 202 hectares of land in 1377 to 405.3 hectares is of the year 1393. such as being located in Rasht- Qazvin communication road, the existence of Manjil dam and rivers with high water, garrison and wind powerhouse in this region are the most effective factors in formation and development of Manjil during history.
