توسعه گردشگري سلامت در مشهد با روش مدل سازي ساختاري تفسيري

گردشگرى سلامت از رو به رشدترين بخش هاي صنعت گردشگرى در جهان است و به صورت يكي از صنايع جذّاب در زمينه هاي اقتصادي، اشتغال زايي، معرفي فرهنگ ها و حتي ايجاد منافع سياسي بـراي كشـورها مطرح است. از اين رو، تحقيق حاضر با هدف بررسي وضعيت گردشگري سلامت در شهر مشهد و شناسايي نقاط ضعف گردشگري سلامت در فرآيند جذب و ارائة خدمات پزشكي و گردشگري سلامت به بيماران كشورهاي خارجي تدوين شـده است، لذا تجزيه و تحليل موانع توسعه گردشگري سلامت در مشهد، با استفاده از تكنيك مدل سازي ساختاري تفسيري (ISM) به مرحله اجرا درآمده است. اين روش جزو روش هاي تجزيه و تحليل سيستم ها مي باشد كه به بررسي تعاملات ميان عناصر سيستم مي پردازد. روش مدل سازي ساختاري تفسيري مبتني بر نظر خبرگان مي باشد. پانل خبرگان متشكل از خبرگان حوزه گردشگري سلامت و دست اندركاران سازمان ميراث فرهنگي و گردشگري، وزارت امور خارجه و مديران مراكز تفريحي و اقامتي، بيمارستانهاي رضوي، قائم، مهر و امام رضا عليه السلام مي باشد. يافته ها نشان داد كه تحريم هاي دنباله دار اقتصادي و سياسي، تعدد مراكز سياست گذاري و عدم تعامل ميان آنها، محدوديت هاي فرهنگي و مذهبي براي گردشگران خارجي، عدم حمايت دولت از سرمايه گذاري در بخش گردشگري و عدم تشويق بخش خصوصي براي سرمايه گذاري از تأثيرگذارترين موانع توسعه گردشگري به حساب مي آيند.

The panel of experts consists of experts in the field of health tourism and organizations of the Cultural Heritage and Tourism Organization, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and managers of recreational and residential centers, Razavi hospitals, Ghaem, Mehr and Imam Reza.
