ارزيابي آثار زيست‌ محيطي كارخانه ذوب آهن اصفهان و راه‌ كارهاي پيشگيرانه: يك مطالعه موردي

Environmental Impact Evaluation of Isfahan Steel Company and Preventive Strategies: A Case Study

زمينه و هدف: ذوب آهن يكى از صنايع بزرگ مصرف‌كننده انرژى در جهان شناخته مي‌شود، لذا موازنه اخلاقي سود و زيان و ارزيابى خطرات و آسيب­هاي زيست‌محيطى آن، زمينه توسعه اقتصادي و اجتماعي را به نحو چشم‌گيري فراهم مي‌آورد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارزيابي آثار زيست‌محيطي كارخانه ذوب آهن اصفهان انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: در اين مطالعه تحليلي ابتدا وضعيت كارخانه ذوب آهن اصفهان از جهت رعايت اصول زيست‌محيطي مورد امتيازدهي قرار گرفت، سپس آثار و آسيب‌هاي زيست‌محيطي آن ارزيابي و توصيه‌هاي كاربردي در جهت پيشگيري از آثار مخرب آن ارائه شد. يافته‌ها: مهم‌ترين آسيب ­ها و آثار مخرب زيست‌محيطي كارخانه ذوب آهن اصفهان، آلودگي آب و خاك ناشي از پسماندهاي فاضلاب و پساب‌هاي كارخانه، آلودگي هواي ناشي از دود كارخانه و آلودگي صوتي است. بيشترين آلايندگي به آلودگي هوا و كم‌ترين آلايندگي به آلودگي خاك اختصاص داشت. همچنين ميزان آلايندگي فيزيكي و بيولوژيكي كارخانه مذكور به ويژه در سال‌هاي 1394 تا 1397 نسبت به منافع حاصل از اين كارخانه، از جنبه اقتصادي و اجتماعي بسيار بيشتر بوده است. نتيجه‌گيري: نظر به آثار زيان‌بار زيست‌محيطي شناسايي‌شده، رعايت اصول استاندارد در مديريت پسماند و تصفيه فاضلاب صنعتي و بهره‌گيري از علوم و فناوري‌هاي جديد در توليد، به منظور پيشگيري از بروز آسيب و وقوع جرائم زيست‌ محيط زيستي توصيه مي‌شود.

Background and Aim: Iron smelting is recognized as one of the largest energy-consuming industries in the world, thus, ethical justification of harms and benefits and evaluation of environmental risks of this project can provide significant economic and social development opportunities. The aim of this study was to evaluate the environmental impacts of Isfahan Iron smelting factory. Recognizing the level of its contamination can provide effective strategies to prevent and reduce potential pollution and environmental damages. Materials and Methods: In this analytical study, the status of the Isfahan Iron smelting factory was scored according to environmental principles. Then its environmental impacts and damages were evaluated, and practical recommendations were presented to prevent its destructive effects. Findings: The most important environmental damaging effects and harms of Isfahan Iron smelting factory are water and soil contamination due to wastewater and factory effluents, air pollution due to factory smoke and noise pollution. The highest pollution was related to air pollution and the least pollution was to soil pollution. The physical and biological contamination of the factory, especially in the years 2015 to 2018, was much higher than the economic and social benefits of the factory. Conclusion: Considering the identified harmful environmental effects, adherence to standard principles in waste management and treatment of industrial wastewater, and also utilization of new knowledge and technologies, in order to prevent damages and occurrence of environmental crimes is recommended.
