چكيده فارسي :
در زيست‌بوم نوآوري همواره توجه به مؤلفه‌هاي خلق و خو و ساير متغيرهاي تبيين‌شده اين تحقيق مبتني بر ارزش‌هاي ساختاري اخلاق زيستي، از اهميت بالايي برخوردار مي‌باشد. اين پژوهش از حيث هدف كاربردي، از نظر روش توصيفي ـ پيمايشي و داراي ماهيت تحليلي است. در بخش كيفي با عنايت به قانون اشباع و مطابق با روش نمونه‌گيري هدفمند نظرات 9 نفر از استادهاي مراكز آموزش عالي استفاده شد و به عنوان نمونه تحقيق برگزيده شدند. در بخش كمي جامعه تحقيق حاضر با عنايت به شرايط تحقيق نامحدود محسوب مي‌شود و نمونه آماري پژوهش به صورت كاملاً تصادفي 117 نفر انتخاب شده‌اند. ابزار جمعآوري اطلاعات پرسشنامه‌اي بينام جهت ارزيابي سؤالات پژوهش است. همچنين پرسشنامه تحقيق حاضر محقق‌ساخته به صورت طيف پنج‌درجهاي ليكرت شامل 5 طيف بسيار زياد، زياد، متوسط، كم و خيلي كم مي‌باشد كه 33 سؤال در نظر گرفته شده است و پرسش‌ها با عنايت به مؤلفه‌هاي خلاقيت و نوآوري بر اساس عملكرد سازماني توسعه يافته است. روايي صوري و محتوايي مورد تأييد متخصصان برجسته قرار گرفت و روايي سازه بيشتر از 5/0 محاسبه شده است. پايايي پرسشنامه پژوهش از طريق آلفاي كرونباخ با درصد آماري 8/71 محاسبه شد كه از نظر آماري مورد پذيرش است. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌هاي پرسشنامه‌اي از شاخص‌هاي توصيفي و سپس در آمار استنباطي مدل برازش‌شده معادلات ساختاري با استفاده از نرم‌افزار ليزرل نشان مي‌دهد كه هنگام در نظرگرفتن مؤلفه‌هاي فرهنگ، خُلق و خو و پروژه سازماني بايد جانب احتياط را در نظر گرفت و پژوهش‌هاي بيشتري را براي تبيين ابعاد پيشنهادي بسترسازي نمود.
چكيده لاتين :
In the ecosystem of innovation, attention to the components of temperament and other explanatory variables
of this research, based on the structural values of biological ethics, is of great importance. This applied
research is analytical and employs a descriptive survey method. In the qualitative section, according to the
saturation law and through targeted sampling, 9 university professors were selected and their opinions were
used. In the quantitative section, the statistical population of the present study was considered to be unlimited
under the research conditions. The statistical sample consisted of 117 participants selected randomly. The
researcher-made questionnaire was ordered based on the five-point Likert scale, including very high, high,
moderate, low, and very low response options where 33 questions were considered. The face and content
validity was confirmed by prominent specialists, and the construct validity was calculated to be more than
0.5. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated using Cronbach’s alpha (71.8%), which was
statistically validated. To analyze the data of the questionnaire from the descriptive statistics and then in the
inferential statistics of the fitted model of structural equations using LISREL software shows that when
considering the components of culture, mood, and project, we must take caution and consider further
research to explain dimensions.
