طراحي مجتمع صنفي ورزشي با رويكرد پدافند غيرعامل جهت تأمين پناهگاه در زمان زلزله در استان كرمان

Designing Sport Guild Complex with a Passive Defense approach to Provide Shelter During Occurring Earthquake in Kerman Province

طي يك قرن اخير زمين‌لرزه‌ها بيش از يك ميليون نفر را به كام مرگ فرستاده‌اند كه از كل زمين‌لرزه‌هاي جهان 18 درصد سهم ايران مي‌باشد. استان كرمان در وقوع زلزله رتبه نخست كشور را داراست. با توجه به علت پديده‌ي بالا آمدن سطح آب‌هاي زيرزميني در هنگام زلزله بسياري از سازه‌ها دچار نم گرفتگي شده و با خطر بالقوه مواجه هستند از سوي ديگر به دليل نوع خاك بستر شهر كرمان امكان تشديد شدت زمين‌لرزه نيز در اين شهر وجود دارد، بنابراين همه اين عوامل اين شهر را در معرض خطر جدي زمين‌لرزه قرار داده است اما به دليل افزايش نرخ چشمگير مصالح ساختماني و از سوي ديگر عدم توجه به مقاوم‌سازي سازه‌ها در كرمان جدي گرفته نشده و هر لحظه امكان بروز فاجعه‌اي بزرگ در اين كلان‌شهر ميليوني وجود دارد. در اين تحقيق به منظور كم شدن خسارات زلزله از رويكرد پدافند غيرعامل استفاده شد. براي طراحي با اين رويكرد الزامات معماري شامل برنامه‌ريزي مكان‌يابي، طراحي فضاهاي چند عملكردي، طراحي شبكه زيرساخت‌ها در نظر گرفته شد و يك مجتمع صنفي ورزشي جهت تأمين پناهگاه در زمان زلزله در كرمان طراحي شد. روش تحقيق در اين پژوهش تحليلي – توصيفي بود كه از طريق مطالعات نظري پيرامون مباني نظري به اصول و چارچوب موردنظر دست يافت و با رويكرد كيفي سعي در بكار بستن اصول تبيين شده در امر طراحي مورد نظر داشت. روش گردآوري اطلاعات شامل مطالعه و بررسي كتاب ها مقالات اسناد و گزارش هاي موجود و برداشت هاي ميداني از منطقه مورد نظر و همچنين روش تحليل اطلاعات استدلال منطقي بود و در نهايت مطابق با الگوي مديريت شهري و نيز قابليت هاي ورزشي طرح اصلي ارائه شد.

The research method in this study was analytical-descriptive, in such a way that the theoretical studies on the theoretical foundations reached to the desired principles and framework, and with a qualitative approach tried to apply the explained principles in the intended design. The method of data collection contains reading and reviewing books, articles, existing documents and reports and field impressions of the intended area, as well as logical reasoning data analysis method; finally, it was presented following the urban management model as well as the sport capabilities of the original plan..
