تاثير آموزش رفتارهاي دلبستگي بركسب صلاحيت مادري زنان نوجوان نخست زا

Effect of Attachment Behaviors Training on Maternal Competence attainment in Nulliparous Adolescent Women

حاملگي نوجوانان يك مسئله بهداشتي عمومي است كه به دانش، مهارت و انگيزش نياز دارد و فقدان آن منجر به ايجاد نقص در صلاحيت مادري مي شود. اين مطالعه با هدف تعيين تاثير آموزش رفتارهاي دلبستگي بر كسب صلاحيت مادري در زنان نوجوان نخست زا انجام گرفت.مواد و روش‌ها: اين مطالعه كارآزمايي باليني بر روي 73 زن نوجوان نخست زا با سن حاملگي 28 تا 32 هفته، مراجعه كننده به مراكز آموزشي وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشكي ايران انجام شد. افراد به طور تصادفي در دو گروه مداخله وگروه كنترل قرار داده شدند. 3 جلسه آموزش گروهي براي مادران گروه مداخله در خصوص رفتارهاي دلبستگي به جنين (شامل شمارش حركات جنين و ثبت آن، تصور شكل ظاهري جنين ، صحبت كردن با جنين و ...) برگزار شد. درگروه كنترل مراقبت معمول انجام شد. پرسشنامه صلاحيت والدي(محدوده نمره: 10217) قبل از مداخله و 10 روز پس از زايمان تكميل و مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفت.يافته‌ها: قبل از مداخله تفاوت معني دار آماري بين گروه ها از نظر نمره كلي صلاحيت والدي وجود نداشت. ده روز پس از زايمان، ميانگين نمره كلي صلاحيت مادري در گروه مداخله 9/75 ± 60/86 و كنترل 12/99 ± 44/ 44 بود كه در گروه مداخله به طور معني داري بيشتر از گروه كنترل (0/001>p) بود. نتيجه‌گيري: نتايج مطالعه نشان داد كه آموزش رفتارهاي دلبستگي در كسب صلاحيت مادران نوجوان تاثيرگذار است.

Adolescent pregnancy is a public health issue that requires knowledge, motivation, and skills, and the lack of it leads to a deficiency in mother competence. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of attachment behaviors training on maternal role competence in nulliparous adolescent women. METHODS This clinical trial study, was conducted on 73 nulliparous Adolescent women at 28-32 gestational age attending the Educational centers dependent on Iran University of Medical Sciences. They were randomly divided into intervention and control groups. Three sessions of group training were held for mothers of interventional groups regarding Fetal Attachment Behaviors (Including counting the movements of the fetus and registration it, imagining the appearance of the fetus, talking with the fetus, and etc.). The control group received usual care. The Parenting Sense of Competence Scale questionnaire (score range: 17-102) was completed and assessed before the intervention and 10 days after delivery. FINDINGS There was no statistically significant difference between the groups before the intervention in terms of the total score of Parenting Sense of Competence. 10 days after delivery, the mean score of maternal competence was 60.86 ±9.75 and 44.44±12.99 which was significantly higher compared to the control group (p<0.001). CONCLUSION The results of this study showed that attachment behaviors training is effective in obtaining the competence of adolescent mothers.
