تحليل و بررسي تهديدات امنيت ملي در مناطق مرزي: مطالعه موردي استان كردستان

منشاء بسيار از تهديدات امنيت ملي مانند قاچاق، مهاجرت‌هاي غيرقانوني، تروريسم، جدايي طلبي و تجزيه طلبي مرزها هستند. مرزهاي ايران نيز اهميت زيادي در امنيت ملي دارند. استان مرزي كردستان از جمله مناطق مرزي ايران است كه حائز نقش مهمي در امنيت ملي ايران است. هدف اصلي اين مقاله بررسي مناطق مرزي از زاويه تهديدات امنيت ملي است. سوال اصلي مقاله اين است كه مهم‌ترين تهديدات مرزها و به ويژه مرزهاي ايران در استان كردستان براي امنيت ملي كدام‌اند؟ فرضيه‌اي را كه نويسندگان در پي آزمون آن هستند اين است كه مرز ايران در استان كردستان داراي تهديدات سياسي، جغرافيايي، اقتصادي و فرهنگي و اجتماعي براي امنيت ملي ايران است. روش مقاله توصيفي تحليلي است. يافته‌هاي مقاله نشان مي‌دهد كه مهم‌ترين تهديدات امنيت ملي ايران در استان كردستان شامل قاچاق بي رويه، فعاليت گروه‌هاي تروريستي داراي آرمان‌هاي جدايي طلبي و تجزيه طلبانه و تهديدات سياسي و نطامي و امنيتي پيراموني و فرا پيراموني است.

Iran's borders are also of great importance to national security. The border province of Kurdistan is one of the border regions of Iran which plays an important role in the national security of Iran. The main purpose of this article is to examine border areas from the perspective of national security threats. The main question of the article is what are the most important threats to the national security of the borders of Iran, especially the borders of Iran in Kurdistan province? The hypothesis that the authors are trying to test is that The Iranian border in Kurdistan province faces political, geographical, economic, cultural and social threats to Iran's national security. The method of this article is descriptive-analytical. The findings of the paper show that the most important threats to Iran's national security in the Kurdistan province include smuggling, the activities of terrorist groups with separatist and separatist ideals, and peripheral and trans-national political, military, and security threats.
