چكيده فارسي :
نظريه‌ي بازدارندگي يكي از نظريات مبتني بر رئاليسم واقع‌گرائي در عرصه‌ي بين‌الملل است كه عمدتاً پس از جنگ جهاني دوم و با تضعيف آرمان‌گرايي، مورد توجه نظريه‌پردازان مسائل استراتژيك قرار گرفت. اين نظريه در روابط بين‌الملل به «قدرت» به عنوان مؤلفه‌ي اصلي تبيين كننده روابط بين- كشورها تأكيد مي‌كند و ضمن رد نظرات «ايده آليستي» بر اين باور است كه ميزان قدرت دولت‌ها، تأثير مستقيم بر ميزان امنيت ملي آن‌ها دارد. مقاله اخير ضمن بررسي و تجزيه و تحليل بازدارندگي جمهوري اسلامي ايران و اسرائيل با روش مصاحبه با متخصصين و اهل فن در سياست خارجي و مطالعات نظامي در قالب پرسشنامه‌اي تلاش داشته تأثيرات منطقه‌اي بازدارندگي دو كشور در منطقه‌اي آسياي غربي را مورد ارزيابي قرار دهد. با توجه به دشمني جمهوري اسلامي ايران و اسرائيل اين نوشتار معتقد است كه بازدارندگي دو كشور برعكس نقش بازدارندگي در امنيت سازي در منطقه آسياي غربي، باعث ايجاد ناامني در ابعاد مختلف امنيتي اين منطقه شده است يعني بازدارندگي دو كشور هرچند توانسته براي دو كشور امنيت ساز باشد اما به‌طور كل در سطح منطقه باعث ايجاد ناامني شده است
چكيده لاتين :
The theory of deterrence is one of the theories based on realism and realism in the international arena, which, after the Second World War, was largely theoretician of strategic issues after the Second World War and with the weakening of ideationalism. This theory of international relations was referred to as "power" as the main component explains the inter-state relations, while dismissing the "idealist" views, believes that the strength of governments has a direct impact on their national security. The present article, while analyzing the deterrence of the Islamic Republic of Iran and Israel, has been conducted by interviewing experts in foreign policy and military studies in the form of a questionnaire. It is attempting to assess the regional effects of deterrence of the two countries in the Western Asian region.
